House Painting reviews in Santa Ana

Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
came out for a paiting estimate in early October. After checking our house he noticed that we possibly had a an active termite infestation. Rather than waste our money by painting prior to treating our house for termites, he gave us a ballpark estimate and suggested some termite companies we might use for treatment and repairs. After several estimates for termite repairs, we actually ended up using one of the companies that

recommended. I contacted
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
again a few weeks later and asked him to come back out and provide me with a more detailed estimate following the termite treatment and repairs. He was right on with the ballpark estimate he had given us earlier.
During the time that we were working on the termite repairs, we received many painting estimates. The estimates we got were all over the place.

's estimate was right in the middle. We felt comfortable with
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
, the price, and
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
assured us that they would thoroughly prep the house. We hired
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
and he was able to set a start date shortly thereafter.
The crew that came out were punctual, very polite and efficent. Our house had been negleted for quite some time and the damage to the exterior was pretty severe. It only took a few days for our house to look like new. We are very pleased with the results and we have received lots of compliments from our neighbors.
While I have not noticed any problems with the job they did, I feel confident that if I do encounter any problems in the future,
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
will be easy to contact and will come back out and take care of any issues.
We have some additional interior painting that needs to be done and we will definitly consider them for this job as well.

excellent work overall; preparation was methodical and thorough; painting was done professionally; only downside was that the clean-up was not as thorough and complete as the work.

Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
& Design is a general contracting company who specialize in stucco, trim, hardwood floors, tiles, kitchens...quite frankly anything that one desires when upgrading their homes.
The most important and relevant information in my opinion is that they are open, honest and fair.
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
is an extremely likable guy who not only completes the work in a timely manner but his customers don't have the worry of getting ripped off from a financial or quality perspective. It's hard to find reliable contractors these days who don't cut corners, and go above and beyond for their customers to be happy. I would highly recommend
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
& Design.

Showed up the day before to powerwash our building and prep for painting. Showed up on the scheduled day to complete the prep and paint the building. Did a spectacular job! Looks like new!! This finish really adds to the
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
appeal of our building. Afterwards, there was no mess. I expected that there would be an abundance of paint chips scattered about, but I could only find a few.

I am VERY PLEASED with the result of their work!!!

is a very friendly, knowledgeable, honest contractor; he is also extremely flexible - a quality very much needed during this project. We met with him several times over the course of our project and had numerous phone conversations regarding the project. The
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
crew is very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough; they never left the job site without completely cleaning/clearing the entire area; the quality of workmanship is excellent. We are very well pleased with the end result and highly recommend this company.

, the general contractor, was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and very engaged in the project. He was on-site at least once a day, and was very interested in delivering a high-quality job. Communication was clear and constant. There were a few costs above the original written proposal, which were reasonable due to the condition of some of the surfaces below the vinyl siding that was removed.

's crew, especially
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
, were top-notch, punctual and professional. There are a couple of very, very small areas needing paint touch-ups, which
Santa Ana Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
repeatedly volunteered to fix, but they are so small and easy to fix myself I did not bother him.

It was pretty good. They were always here when they promised. Their prep work was good, and they were pretty good about cleaning up. They were always in contact with me and kept me informed about what was going on, so the communication was good.

Each time the work was done in a satisfactory manner. His calls are quickly returned. The work has been done as promised in regards to timing and pricing. The crew cleans up after themselves. I have a third job pending in which I will call him to complete.

Very well. They did lots of prep work, used the paint I wanted, and did a neat professional job in a timely manner. We have had them do lots of other "handyman" jobs, since then and been pleased, overall.

was very nice, busy so could not start at my home when originally stated. Instruction for how I wanted gates built was changed and no adjustment made to price for the less work and time he would need to build. Over purchased wood needed for the gate and fence. Re-did stucco but left chipped away material on ground. Said he would remove old fence but did not follow though.
