I carry a liability policy with an "A" rating covering up to 1 million dollars per event coverage. (Documents are provided if requested.) I typically will do most jobs alone and can add employees if needed. Quality and reliability is a promise since it is MY personal reputation for which I protect. I can also save you money if you hire me because I only have to hire one man! In mid sized jobs like copper repiping I will usually bring on 2 more experienced plumbers. Most estimates are free unless they involve cutting open walls or having to set up tools and use them although this is rare. I can give you a price range over the phone although I don't recommend it. There is NO plumbing job I cannot do to BETTER than new condition, period. I will give you an exact description of work to be done and the full price prior to starting the work. All work is guaranteed. I provide a one on one personal experience and I always am the one to answer the phone, 24/7. Over the years I have found that, although it's easier to sit at the office and send somebody else to do the work, if I do it myself I never worry about it being done right the first time!
