"We had a 6 week catastrophe with this place. They didn’t even look at the bike for 2 weeks after our appointment and never called to communicate anything" that was happening or give us prices. We had to call and beg for information from the extremely grouchy woman answering the phones. When we picked up our bike the first time after over 2 weeks, it didn’t make it out of the lot. Turns out, it was never test driven and still didn’t run. We took it back, had to hound them to see what was going on, they completed work without informing us, and then told us things were wrong that hadn’t been before taking it in. The woman answering the phones started acting increasingly angry that we were even calling to check, saying that she didn’t like for the workers to be rushed. They kept it another 4 weeks and fixed 2 more things without consulting us. When we finally picked it up 6 weeks after the first appointment, the woman was rude and said “here’s the bike you called about every 5 minutes.” The brakes were worse than before and two indicator lights were no longer working. It’s worth taking your bike to any other place even if it’s a drive!

"This is the second motor installed by Woody first one was in 2014. They had the seadoo from Aug 5 thru Sept 14. Went straight into storage. 2015 after 45 minutes" of use engine blew. The engine was under warranty, but we had to pay labor. The mechanic didn't check the trailer when he hooked it up so it jumped off the ball on our way home. Thank goodness for safety chains, did do some damage to the trailer though. The machine had grease all over, the seat ,the hull etc.The engine compartment is all chipped on the opening. After using a couple times we went to check the gas and oil and found the oil line hanging loose and oil all over the bottom of the compartment. We will NEVER go there again!

Experts say motorcycle customization isn't as common as riders buying parts and accessories to reflect the owner's personality.

Experts say motorcycle customization comes in many forms because most people do something to personalize their bike to make it their own.

This business is now called Roseville
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
. They did a poor job. When I got my scooter back the next day (although I brought it in very early and they weren't busy, and they didn't call me until 5:30 to say it was done) they had overfilled the oil. That is harmful to an engine. Not having any better tools, I had to suck the excess oil out of the oil filler opening with a straw. The emergency brake was very slack and wouldn't hold the scooter. (Yes, the scooter has an emergency brake.) Adjusting the emergency brake is an item that is specifically listed as one of the services to be performed at the 600 mile service. They did not do it. So I can't park it on a hill, because the scooter would roll and drag the kickstand until it eventually stopped or fell over. I loved the way the scooter just purred softly when accelerating. Since they did the service, there is a loud rattle all the time coming from the engine area. They left something loose. Since it was a new scooter that the original owner bought there, I thought it would be good to take it back to the
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
scooter dealer. It wasn't. I don't recommend taking a motorcycle or scooter there for service.

I took my motorcycle to "The
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
" in Corpus
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
and expected to get it back in top mechanical and cosmetic condition. What I received back was far worse. Missing and removed trim pieces, loose/missing fasteners, improper fitting new parts, less than good running condition, and a bike rather filthy from apparent improper storage. The owner
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
, in my opinion, has a rude and abrasive personality. Because I demanded his shop to make good on the repairs which he reluctantly did the minimum he has told me not to return in the future. I recommend to everybody to never take your motorcycle to this shop for any sort of repair.

These guys are fantastic. They are extremely helpful and always willing to chat about issues. For nearly everything that I purchase in store I notice that they automatically knock a dollar or two off of the sticker price. They never try to push me into buying more expensive or upsell me. In fact, at times telling me where I can get something cheaper or how to do it myself. All without me asking and they did this from the very beginning before I was a regular customer! One time I broke a master link out on the trail and I hiked out and came in looking for a chain. I didn't know exactly what chain I had but they gave me a few different kinds of masterlinks and told me I could bring back whatever didn't work for full refund. They have done similar things on other occasions as well. unlike other stores in town where attention is only paid to you if you are spending big, these guys are doing it right and building a loyal customer base. I always go out of my way to shop with them.

The jet ski took 4 weeks before I could pick it up and I had to take it back in 3-4 more times that summer because of accessory and battery problems. I asked for paperwork when we would take it in for repairs or modifications and they would tell me that was unnecessary. I wish I had pushed this more as I do not have a paper trail because obviously they did not want all of the repair time documented. The second year prior to them inserting an on/off switch to the battery. I again took my jet ski in for repairs. I was told the battery was bad and it was replaced but still I had problems with the jet ski not starting.
Our jet ski is now two years old and only has 50 hours of run time. The reason, it was dead on the water more than 50% of the time when I took it out to the lake.
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
Mortorsports of Nashville, Illinois added accessories that constantly drained the battery. After two years of going to the lake and having a jet ski that would not start over half the time they finally agreed to put in a switch to turn on and off the accessories to the battery. But I continued to have the same problems even with this. I had problem after problem with this Jet Ski and was told by their service and general manager that the problem was me and not the Jet Ski. On my last phone call to the general manager at
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
I told him how the GPS had never worked on the water and our jet ski died over half the time when we took it out and he told me the problem was between my finger and the on switch. He stated the problem with the Jet Ski was mine and not theirs.
The customer service representative at Yamaha referred me to Skippers Marine in
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
Kentucky as I wanted someone competent to repair my Jet Ski, and they were the next closest authorized dealer.
I am extremely happy that I took my jet ski to Skippers. All of the staff are exceptional and the service staff were able to finally give us a jet ski that works after two years of frustration.
It was discovered the reason our GPS had never worked was the wire was too short and every time I opened the top hatch were it was attached it became disconnected so they put in a longer cord. They found a potential overload of amps to run all the accessories and engine and multiple connections at the battery post (5 positive and 3 negative) making a reliable connection to the battery unlikely. So they put an additional battery in our jet ski and attached all accessories to this battery and left the engine battery just to start our jet ski.
They noted that two of the speakers in our jet ski are cut too low next to the foot rests. They also noted the lights in the back are placed were they will most likely be knocked off.
Lesson learned, if your authorized Yamaha dealer is going to install accessories and you have problems that are not getting repaired and they keep trying to blame you, take it to Skippers Marine in
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
Kentucky or better yet, just start there and save yourself a lot of frustration, downtime, drive time and gas expense. I did send this complaint to the general manager at
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
in Nashville, his response:
He said they explained to me the load was too heavy for the accessories that had been added to the Jet Ski and a larger battery with additional amperage should be added, they said I refused this.
(It was not offered this and I did not refuse it. If this was the case why did they not replace the battery with one that had additional amperage when they replaced the battery?
This is really a moot point though as it would not have fixed the jet ski as it was too many connections on the posts that created most of the down time, we needed an additional battery, not a bigger one).

Repairs preformed well. All is working good. The only drawback is like every other motorcycle repair shop, these guys are slammed during the summer months.

Everything's was great. I called, got scheduled, dropped the bike off, was called when it was ready, picked it up and everything was great. They found that my throw out bearing in my clutch needed replaced and my transmission fluid needed replaced so they called to confirm it was okay to replace. Couldn't ask more. Great people and great work.

It didn't go good at all, they tried to blame us for something defected on the part. We found out that the manufacturer of the part , once it is mounted on the bike then they wouldn't take it back. In order for them, the mechanic, not to eat the money, they gave us the run around saying they couldn't refund us for the part.

Their service man,

, and their receptionist both were as polite and helpful as can be. The mower was ready on Saturday as promised, they went ahead and fixed a throttle issue we had that we hadn't mentioned, and my husband said the cost was really reasonable. After trying to contact another small engine repair place for two weeks without any return phone call, we were delighted with
