"I broke down. Called someone i used before,
, but he was in the hospital. Called two other tow services to no response. Googled these guys at Cyclone on my phone" and crossed my fingers. Well, i was in luck!! Fast response, very friendly, extremely high quality tow trailer/rig for the motorcycle. It was totally spotless. Very professional people with great equipment. I felt great that my bike would get home safe. And it did. Not a scratch on it. They even hung out while i washed some oil off the bike, and then helped me push it up into my garage. Talk about service!!
and Fetch are the owners, and i will fully endorse them anytime. I hope your motorcycle does not break down but if it does these are the folks to call. This was my 3rd motorcyle tow in 15 years, and was the best.
is also excellent, and they all know each other. So if you trust
but he's unavailable, you can trust these folks.

"In both cases
was prompt in both appointment times and communications. We were extremely pleased by the work performed and the quality of the products used" for the service and tire replacement. He actually charged us less than he had quoted for the tires stating the vendor charged him less than he expected. How refreshing! Prior to both jobs we called for quotes to both
dealerships and another local bike service.
's prices were significantly less for equal or superior merchandise and service. We highly recommend this Vendor.

"I own a Honda VT750C Shadow Cruiser. I used to go to the Hitching post in
for all my maintenance needs but they closed last December and I needed to find a new" place to take care of my bike. I live in Brooklyn Park and was pleasantly surprised to find
nearby. However, I was worried that they might not be able to provide the level of service that I got from the Hitching Post. I made an appointment for an oil change and I arrrived on time.
, the service manager, entered all of my information into their computer system and they immediately started to work on my bike. It only took 30 minutes and I was back on the road. This place is very friendly, clean and professional. They did a free insection of my bike and discovered that my tires needed air. Now my bike rides much smoother! I'm happy to have discovered this place and will rely on them to keep my bike running well.

did an amazing job. He was great to communicate with and treated the bike as a treasured friend. This could not have been easier or gone better. If you ever need a motorcycle or scooter moved, you can't do any better than this.

I had originally brought my tire out to the shop (Thursday) with the thought in mind, that I would ride my bike back to the shop. Bike wouldnt make it, I was going out of town on Friday and

didnt have his truck, so he said on Monday he could come get it and deliver it back to me.

and his associate came to my home to get my bike in the evening (Monday), to take it to the shop.

replaced my tire, tested it out and made sure everything was functioning as normal and then redelivered it.
Great guy and does awesome work. I think he may be the only motorcycle shop open on a Monday on the southside.

I checked out the training. It was legit, and I went back to HD on Saturday to give them about $1000 in order to hold the bike for me until I could complete the training. The salesman said they would not hold the bike, that if I wanted it I would have to buy it then, because there were many prospective buyers who wanted it. That day, I ended up putting down about $2000 on the bike, signed an installment contract to lower my payments, and I was even talked into buying an extended warranty for another $2200. All this was pending the approval of my credit by their "Las Vegas" financial company. The next week I would be ready to ride the bike off the lot, or have it delivered to my house. My wife, bless her heart, made me see the light, told me she did not intend to spend the rest of her life caregiving for a paraplegic, and convinced me that the purchase was a foolish waste of good money. In addition, in the interim, I found out I had serious health complications, at age 65, that would prevent me from ever riding an

... I went back to HD of

and pleaded my case to get my down payment back. In effect, they said, "No way,

." They said, "You bought the bike, you take it, and if you don't want it you can sell it yourself on Craigslist or whatever..." Finally, with a lot of pleading, they refunded about $900 of my $2000 down payment. They said that was the "best" they could do. By that time, I had purchased a separate

insurance policy from Progressive who, I was told by the
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
salesman, would cost a fortune. That was the easiest part of the negotiation. Total cost for a year? $149. I had also purchased a helmet (
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
!) and half gloves as accessories based on the salesman's recommendation. No longer needed, Right? After this extended argument, and a 14-day return policy, I couldn't even return the unneeded accessories. Anyone want a brand new, still-in-the-box helmet?

After all of this ordeal, I received a letter from the Finance Company that my request for a loan to pay for the bike was not approved?! My credit score is nearly flawless! And did this pertinent fact have any effect on my refund? NO! I understand that HD of
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
was formerly called East Coast

. I have spoken to people, motorcyclists, who had very pleasant experiences in the purchase of their bikes there. Apparently, management has changed, and this review should give you an idea of what the dealership is currently like. Would I recommend HD of

to anyone, friend or enemy, ever again? Not just "No!" But "H*** no!!"

Ordered parts and paid for them on April 29, 2014. We called several times to get an update regarding this order and there was no answer. On June 30th spoke with Claira she stated that she would send order out ASAP and emailed a tracking number to follow this order. We searched the tracking number and found that the delivery was to be on

3, 2014 - no parts delivered.

7, 2014 called the provider and spoke with
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
- he was to find out where the order was and call me back but have not heard from him since. Also have tried to communicate via email with no response. We also contacted the local Post office with the tracking number and they could not locate order either. They should refund money and get out of business.

It did not go well at all. They were very convincing over the phone that they could move my three vehicles by the June 17 with a
seven day window to move the vehicles. The person that was handling my move acting like it would be no problem to have it done. At first communication was good. Then as it got closer to the date there was not communication at all. I started calling to see what the status of my move. There was no return calls. Then when I said I was going to seek support from another company, I started getting return calls from another person that took over trying to get my vehicles moved. They were unable to find someone to move my vehicles. There suggestion was that I offer more money to move my vehicles. Not a good move on there part.

We live in another rural area, 70 miles away from La Pine. We wanted to drill holes through the desert hard
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
so we could plant trees.
A few months ago we had rented a skid steer here in our rural community and it took all day long do dig through the hard
San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
for about 20 holes. The people sold the skid steer here so we had to broaden our

for equipment.
We found

(at a different address: 16840

, and we drove away happily. We drilled about 50 holes, averaging about 4 feet deep with the 18" auger, loaded the tractor back onto our trailer, and were back in La Pine in about five hours. They charged us for only half a day! Their whole day would have been some cheaper than the skid steer was from the local place several months ago.
They're very friendly, helpful, funny, and we'll happily go back for any other rental needs. We felt quite a home with them. They're a mom and pop outfit, not a huge conglomerate, and it felt good to shop locally.
By the way: the category listed for this business had to do with motorcycles: this business rents all kinds of equipment.

San Fernando Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
arrived on time. He was professional in his attire and his approach. He sat down and listened first to what the problems were and then went to work. Only stopping to ask where something might be or if he could have access to a certain room or area. Before he left he Wrote down what the problem was, how he fixed it, what needed to be done if we had problems in the future. He even

a picture of how things needed to be connected and also changed their

addresses to matching ones. When he left we could get on the internet and stay on for more than 10 minutes which wasn't the case before he came. Everyone is happy, happy, happy now. We can surf, watch movies, email, play games. My husband doesn't need to drive down the road to our neighbors and sit in his driveway to work anymore. The family is once again connected so to speak!!!
