Our mission is to help and ensure our clients find and get the perfect & most elegant garage door to suit the architectural structure of their house with the highest quality at an affordable price. We have an excellent reputation for quality and workmanship, timely delivery, and customer service. All of our installers are company employees and not subcontracted labor. The minimum service call charge for any service is $49.00 (New door estimate is Free) and it will be waive with any repair, general maintenance, tune-up and safety check up of the garage door and garage door opener. This does not include parts or materials. Repairs have a 30-day warranty on parts (supplied by radford doors) and labor. New garage door and/or garage door opener installations have a 1-year warranty on parts (supplied by radford doors) and labor. Manufacturer’s warranties may be additional. Radford doors will apply a $45.00 wasted trip charge for "no shows" or "no call cancellations" on scheduled appointments. Radford doors also sells garage door and garage door opener parts to the public. 5% discounts apply for angie's list members with valid membership, military personal/families with valid id, and senior citizens/aarp members with valid membership card.
