Business Description: Providing a unique knife exchange service to restaurants, cafeterias, nursing homes in all of San Diego and Riverside County. We also provide sharpening services for knives, scissors, gardening tools and swords. We repair slicer machines and sharpen slicer blades. We are a family owned & operated business located in San Diego. We have been in business since 1912, and have operated in the San Diego area since 1963. For the past 97 years we have consistently provided quality products and customer service. Our staff consists not only of family members, but also our family of highly motivated, long term employees. We provide our service to all of San Diego County and Southern Riverside County. In addition to providing commercial services, we also offer a walk-in sharpening service for the general public.
