We also focus on high performance construction including energy efficiency and alternative energy sources. We repair foundations, upgrade electrical systems, test homes performance according to Building Performance Institute standards. We are partners with the California Center for Sustainable Energy and the Upgrade California program. We can help you find the right design partners as well. Do not make the mistake of doing all the design before you include some building professionals in that process. Having a team that includes architects, builders, plumbers, HVAC professionals and electricians will save you time and money.
