Business Description: We are an assisted living facility in Point Loma with caring, well-trained staff and an intimate home-like setting with an incredible view of the bay, ocean, Coronado bridge and downtown San Diego. We are walking distance from parks, a church, the ocean, shops, and restaurants. We use a mobile physician to minimize the need for transportation to doctors' appointments. Our staff is trained to provide a comforting environment for those who are no longer safe alone at home, be it for physical reasons or memory issues. We are larger than a 6-bed, so there is more opportunity for social interaction. Yet with only 17 beds, we are much more intimate than the large facilities. Our meals are planned and approved by a licensed dietician. Our prices are very reasonable, starting at $3,000 for a shared room and $3,500 for a private room. We treat your loved one like family. We do not "nickel and dime" our families--we include most everything in the monthly fee. There is a $500 pre-admission fee. Come by and take a tour. Talk to the family members of our residents. Placing a family member in assisted living is always a difficult decision. We strive to ease the burden of this decision as much as possible. Our goal is that you feel assured that your parent is in the best environment to meet their current needs. (License #374601348)
