Business Description: ADR has provided unsurpassable restoration services to thousands of residential and commercial customers over the past 15 years. The company is 100% woman/veteran owned and operated. We provide just about every service to your home or business for restoration, remodeling, additions, or new construction. We service all areas of San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties. IICRC, EPA, Safety Services certified and have an A+ BBB rating. We are well versed in the insurance property and casualty industry. We are experts with specialized estimating software, and have carried an exemplary reputation in this industry, both the insurance carriers and their insured's we are granted the privelege to work for. Our highly skilled tradesman allow the majority of all restortion / construction services to be performed by in house staff, which allows properties to be completed in an expedient and efficient manner. We will work directly with your assigned insurance adjuster and agree to a scope and price for the work that stays with the guidelines set forth by your insurance company and the characteristics of each individual loss. We typically do not charge a separate service call to victims of any property damage loss. Typically we do not charge any service call or estimate fee for any project if we awarded the job. The owner understands that in this economy, we have to take care of the clients, save money when we can, and the money spent on a project must be utilized efficiently. If there will be a charge, we will notify you at the initial call if there will be a charge for the visit or estimate. One of the greatest compliments a restoration contractor can received is a CALL BACK or REFERRAL. ADR has a restoration / construction team of professionals, whom possess positive, proactive, trustworthy, reliable, and skilled traits that allow us to surpass all expectations of our clients on each and every project. We provide various discounts on every project; all military, veteran, government, and seniors receive an additional discount. Our warranty is a minimum of three years and possible more dependent upon the project. Although our main offices are only open M-F 730am to 430pm, we have a live answering service that can reach the owner of the company 24 / 7 and assure you will receive a call back quickly to discuss your needs.

Excluded Services: As the owner of ADR has been in business for 15+ years and is a licensed general contractor and flooring contractor, there are very few services that we cannot perform. If there is something the in house staff cannot perform, we have a wide array of sub contractors and suppliers that we have long term relationships with, and have sufficient confidence in them, that if they are brought into the project, ADR warrants their services as well.
