"From the initial contact until the completion of the job, our experience with Bill

"The crew at
are very good craftsmen. They did an excellent job on my bathroom. They completely remodeled my bathroom and the price was" a good deal. They installed all high end fixtures and granite perfectly. They also changed our tub-shower combination to a separate walk-in shower and tub. My wife and I are very pleased with their service and would recommend them for any home improvement needs you may have.

Putting the finishing touches on a remodeled room can be a challenge, but with a bit of practice and patience, your crown molding will look like a master carpenter put it up.

There are lots of occurrences that result in dry rot, though most have to do with proper water management in the home, says Lindus. (Photo courtesy of Angie's List member Donna B. of Portland, Oregon)

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

They are excellent! They finished our house today, and we are so appriciative of the quality of work. It looks so beautiful! The detail of the work is what made our house really stand out. Every part of the project went smoothly. We loved the access to
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his team of workers. Everytime we called them they answered, making it very easy to communicate with them, which was huge for us. Our project was big and complicated and they did it in true A+ quality. I would recommend anyone to use them for first rate workmanship. I believe you pay more to get more. The best part is
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his workers finished ahead of schedule. Angie's List really works! THANK YOU FOR OUR NEW HOUSE !!!

Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave us a very reasonable estimate and had some excellent design suggestions which went far beyond a
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
rebuild. We liked that he was able to repurpose some of the uprights which were still i good condition, which helped control costs. Despite the area's wettest June on record, he worked when he could and finished the job when promised.
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
's a friendly, professional guy who works hard and knows his stuff. We plan to use him for all future construction needs. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the work
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
performed at my home. They completely remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom. They were running a special on Kitchens and Bathrooms, 25% off if I had them both done at the same time. So I took advantage of the savings, which was a considerable amount. I was not really sure how I wanted my kitchen to look. They had a designer go over many options as far as products, materials and floor plans. The designer
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
a complete interactive blueprint just like on HGTV. Complete with colors, cabinets, flooring, window treatment, the whole complete kitchen. I was able to really get a good idea of what my finished kitchen would look like. They completed the job on time just as it looked in the blueprint. They took great care not damage or dirty the rest of my home. “My adorable bathroom”. The completed job is breathtaking. They removed a wall to enlarge the room, to change my three piece bathroom to a four piece. We had no tub. They installed a walk-in shower with tile surround and floor to ceiling custom glass doors. They also installed a soaker tub. They included all the plumbing and electrical work too. I feel that the price that I was charged is more than fair for the amount of work they had to do to give me the beautiful kitchen and bathroom.

The salesperson,
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, was fabulous. Very low pressure, very knowledgeable. He took his time and walked me through the entire process. He inspected the roof visually and went into the attic as well. They weren't the cheapest--somewhere in the middle--but I liked the time they took in working with me, the reputation of the company, and the quality of the products used. I also liked that they didn't subcontract the work to unknown workers but used workers trained by them and the roof product manufacturer.
I had to schedule several weeks out due to demand and workload. When they arrived, they all introduced themselves to me, spread a tarp over my yard, and set to work. The supervisor checked in with me several times during the day. The job went quickly and well. They cleaned and reattached my old gutters, made sure the new chimney was painted black to blend in with the roof, and left my property spotless. I have not found one old nail in three months!
I would highly recommend this company. They've been in business for years. In fact, my mother bough siding for her home from them in the 1980s and it still looks good.

I really must say that I am not the type of person to write a review about someone but in this case I realize that there are not to many people out there that do work like
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew so I just had to let everyone know about my experience. My wife and I just had another child and decided that we would need another bedroom for our son so we decided to look on Angies list to see if we were able to find someone to do the job. After looking around a bit we found
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
so I decided to give them a call and I spoke to the owner
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
I must say that I have a crazy work schedule so the time for me to have
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
come by and give me an estimate was going to be tough or so I thought
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
went well out of his way to accommodate my schedule and when he did arrive he was a very pleasant guy to speak with he seemed very knowledgeable about construction so I decided to let him give me an estimate on my closet, my sons bedroom ,my wife closet, my other bathroom , and my oak stair case well let me tell you that was such a great move
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
came in with a great price and said that he could start it two days and be finished in two weeks so I said to myself there is no way he could finish all this work in two weeks but I was willing to give him a shot and honestly I am glad that I did
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
came in with his guys and started work on Thursday and here it is and the job is completed exactly one weak later half the time that the told and as for the quality of work and the professionalism was superb I really must say that they went way above and beyond to make us happy in every way they kept the house spotless and they did a great job all the way around they did exactly what they told me at the price they gave me and they didn't ask me for 1 extra dollar at the end of the day we are extremely happy with the work that was done in our home and we would definitely recommend

Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the owner came over the day after I called him. He was courteous and reliable. He came over when he said he was going to. Once the work started he checked each evening to look at the work his employee had done.He was meticulous and careful to ensure we were happy and all work was done well. I did feel that the guy who did the compounding did not take care to cover floor appropriately on the first day. Thus much of the dust carried over into our other rooms. He did cover and clean up floor the next day though. I did look at some things I wish could have looked a little better. However I did not notice them until a few days later. I feel
Salinas General Contractors Provider Name Locked
would have willingly come back to repair them but I did not call him. I need more work done in a different part of the house and I am confident when I call him again, and I will, that any job his company does will be a job well done.
