Most of the year, service is just fine. During high summer, when the temps get over 100 degrees, I experience service interruptions. I called in to

's held desk, struggled with them, but when I finally got a truck rolled out (multiple times) the tech was always professional.

Cable TV is good. Lots of stations are included in basic cable, and we rarely if ever have downtime.
Internet does not go at its billed 10 MBps; we get about 300-500 KBps. Otherwise, internet is good. I run all sorts of services, like a web server, email server, and email list server, and they all function through

. They allow you to send email from your own SMTP server with authentication (consult your local Linux User Group for details [even if you are running a Microsoft or Apple server], they will have the best information). Port 25 is blocked for sending emails with your home SMTP server from outside your home's local area network, but just use port 587 or 465 instead.

They called on a Friday to tell me my service would end on the net Monday because they were removing the tower. Only a three day notice. I have to argue to get a refund for the remainder of the month.

Because the modem had to be moved near a wall on the north side, they attached the modem and our router to a piece of plywood, and screwed that to the wall in our basement utility room.
Very polite, professional, and asked questions to make sure we were okay with the placement of the equipment.

It went well, the installer came and did all the necessary work. It took him almost the entire day (I had three (3) boxes installed). He was patient in doing the installation, which to me was kind of complex.
Although the installation seemed to have gone well, I did have problems with my telephone service for several days. I have a private line and I started getting another person's calls and vice versa. It was quite confusing, but it was corrected and

did give me credit for the days my telephone was crossed.
I am happy with my TV cable since I switched from Oceanic Cable. Oceanic Cable was too costly for just standard service, but prior to

Have had the three services since
Riverside Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
2013. Lost service for about four or five hours on one day during that period. Outage was caused by a construction crew that cut an underground cable in the neighbourhood.

was fast to respond and fixed the problem quickly.
The installation technician performed his work professionally and quickly. As a retired RF engineer I can attest to the quality of work done. As an amateur radio operator, I routinely operate a 100 watt radio transmitter within several feet of the FiOS junction box in my house (the point where the FiOS cable feeds an analog/digital interface) with no interference to or from the FiOS television/telephone/Internet service.

Went well; the service took a little longer than I would have liked, but there was a lot of storm damage for them to address in this area, The technician, when he could get here, was quick and personable.

always has responded immediately whenever we have a problem. They are a small, local company and are dedicated to their customers. We have been customers for several years and have always been happy with their service.

When the repairman came to the house, he was able to solve the problem. The problem came from an offer for "Upgraded/faster service." The problem as it turned out was theirs at the time they made the change. They turned on the wrong program. It only took them a week to find and fix the problem. Other than that, I guess the service is OK.

I had called in to our current internet provider to upgrade the speed of our internet since it never seemed fast enough. When I called and spoke to a representative I was told that the area I lived in was eligible for increased internet speed at no additional cost so she would send someone out to set that up for me and then she also suggested I sign up for a contract plan (I current was not in a contract with them) which would allow me to have home phone service for local calls at no additional charge. Even though I currently had no need for a landline I thought it wouldn’t hurt to have it since, according to the representative, it was not going to increase my monthly bill. I agreed to sign up for the contract plan and take the landline service. Later on that day I received a phone call from
Riverside Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
to inform me that they were sorry but I actually was no in an area that was eligible for faster internet service. Very confused and upset, I just let that go until I received my bill a couple of weeks later and it was almost DOUBLE. Turns out, the landline did cost me just a little extra, which I probably would have been ok with except for the fact that the representative that I spoke with added long distance service amongst other various coverage’s that we had never discussed and I had never agreed to. When I called
Riverside Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
to complain and have them remove everything from my account to take me back to my original plan they did so and adjusted my bill accordingly. They did apologize although they never gave me a reason as to why those coverage’s were added to my account. They also assured me that my billing would go back to the same amount it had been before I had called in for faster internet speed. When the next month rolled around I was astounded when I received my bill and it was still $50 higher than it had been before and with no clear explanation as to why. This company is extremely hard to deal with and they can never seem to get your billing right.... on top of the fact that their internet speeds are ancient compared to everything else that is available out there.
