The 1st time I attempted to give blood I was unable since my blood count was too low. The tech told me about what I should do to raise the level. I followed those instructions and the next time I went to donate I was able. The tech was nice and explained everything. The questionnaires are long but necessary. The donation process was fairly quick and made me feel really good. They give me reminder calls to donate again which I appreciate.
