"It was fine. I wasn't totally satisfied. When I went in there, they didn't have him looking anything like he looked. His coloring was very off and his" mouth was shaped oddly. His face was white and his hands were yellow. They put a little bit of makeup on him after I made a comment and then they used lip stick to make his
a little bit darker. However, they were more of a pink color, looking unusual. All things considered, I wouldn't use them their services again in the future.

"Being from out of state, this unexpected death required time to discover his final wishes and then proceed. We found Mr.
Kitchens to be most" helpful, patient and attentive to any detail or question we had at the time. We were most satisfied and confident in recommending their services.

The staff at
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
helped my family in a time when we were vulnerable due to the loss of my step-mother. They were absolutely nothing but helpful and professional with the planning and execution of the services involved. They truly helped us and my father get through a very difficult time. I would highly rocommend them to anyone.

I am the ex-wife of a man who died in November, married for 30 years, and living with & providing caregiver services for the deceased who had Alzheimers. Due to a family dispute, this facility treated me with absolute disrespect and coldness. As an ex-wife, I need a death certificate to apply for Social Security benefits, and they did not give me the information on how to obtain one for over two months and three phone calls. I spoke to the owner of the facility during the last call, and he told me that they didn't have to talk to me at all, since I am an ex-wife. What would it cost them to have given me the information in the first place? And no, there wasn't any yelling or screaming on my part, ...though I am upset by the way they conduct their business.

Our 15 year old dog passed away on a Saturday night, and we called them Sunday morning.
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
our rep, came over very promptly. She was very professional and kind. She greeted our other two dogs like an old friend, and we talked about both our pets and shared stories. She really cared about what we were going through and assured us that all animals are special and deserve respect. She gently packed up our little dog and let us say good bye. We highly recommend

Death is never an easy thing to face. My parents both wanted to be cremated so I knew what I had to do before they passed away. I called The
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
based on one review on Angie's List. I know, a strange place to go for cremation services but I found a positive review so I gave them a call. I was emotional as the end was drawing near for my mother. The man on the other end of the phone,
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
, had the voice of kindness, compassion and caring. He was incredibly patient, waiting until I could talk in between my crying. He helped me break things down into the steps and answered the questions I didn't even know to ask. I honestly felt like I was getting a hug through the phone.
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
presented all the options to me. He was straight forward with pricing and services and never tried to sell me anything. He was incredibly patient and so helpful. Both times when my parents passed, the two people that came to get them were extremely professional, just like
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
said they would be. My parents were both draped in beautiful material as they left the building.
I met
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
in person for the first time after my mom passed. I had to sign the papers and pay for services. He was so gentle and caring. He truly was an enormous source of support in dealing with this horrible time. Once again,
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
was upfront with everything. There were no attempts to change the price I was given or talk me into something I didn't want. When I went back to get the remains of my mother, he was equally as caring and compassionate.
I found the same experience with
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
when my father passed away a few months after my mother. He is as good as it gets when it comes to having to deal with such an unpleasant event. He made the process as easy as it could be. I asked him if I could hug him before I left on my last visit. He truly touched my heart with his kindness and compassion. I cannot recommend him and the
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
highly enough.

Nice business presentation. Salesman keep leaving the room for I don't know what, so the sign up took a little longer than expected. Their telephone price for cremation was lower than their glossy booklet. The actual cremation process took about a week longer than estimated by the salesperson.
