This was, and is, still a hard subject to revisit.
My husband,
, died on May 19, 2014 and because of hang-ups with the VA the burial took a long time.
On June 2, we had a service in the mortuary and on June 3, my husband was buried in the National Cemetery on Cave Creek Road, in
, the Owner/Mortician, is so knowledgeable when it comes to going through the hoops of the VA. Really, I do not know what we would have done without him.
The room where the Service was held is really a first class room. Everything that we needed was given, sometimes before we knew we needed it.
If you would like to see what the
looks like they have an engaging Website. You can even look up my husband's Obituary to see just what all they do and what their Mortuary looks like.
Would I use
again??? This may sound a bit weird, but I will be using this facility for myself.

and his crew are fantastic.
has done work for me on several occasions in the past year. The quality of his work has been excellent every time. He does each job better than I expect every single time. He is on time every time, and even calls several days in advance to confirm that he will be there - very unusual for service providers and very reassuring. I highly recommend

Funeral Home reviews in Redwood City

Very professional and compassionate. Came to our home for the arrangements and delivered the death certificate and ashes after the cremation to my home. Prices were exactly as listed on their website.

It went was a pretty stressful time and they worked well with us.
The transport fee back was a little high, but it was the best we could work out....that is not included in the price I listed.
Overall, it went as well as it could...

My mother-in-law had arranged and paid for funeral services in Tampa, FL, The contract included pre-burial services and the purchase of a mausoleum next to her husband. However, years later she moved to Greensboro, NC and passed away there. Her intentions were always to be buried in Tampa next to your husband. We decided to contact

. I knew

Brother's Funeral Services, met with my family and I to arrange my mother-in-law's (Neyla Capte) funeral services. We met at the funeral home.

was extremely helpful during the whole process. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately, he could not perform the services on the Saturday we picked because of being totally booked with other services. He told us not to worry that he could arrange to have a Church service in the chapel of a local catholic church.

arranged/coordinated with the church the entire service. It was performed beautifully. He took care of all the little details including things we didn't even think of (a

Brother's DROVE, the casket to Tampa and coordinated with the funeral home in Tampa. Both services were performed beautifully with all aspects covered including a figurine on top of the casket spray was taken to Florida for the 2nd funeral service at the mausoleum.
I would definitely recommend this funeral home to anyone. Their performance was exceptional and above and beyond my expectations.

It is a small & modest facility but the people were so kind, so helpful and not effusive. They were responsive to my needs, they did not push for a buy up on services or casket. The were on time and very professional. If you want kind & personal service in a home like environment with a terrific husband and wife team, please consider them.

They were very professional. There are no

My beloved Yorkie of 11 years passed away about 2 AM on 05/12. Not knowing what to do and it being the first time I had to think about arrangements for a pet, I started searching online for pet burial services. I found this place and noticed they advertised 24/7 emergency service on their website. I called the number and got a recording. The recording urged me to leave a message and someone would return my call quickly. I left a message but to date (05/27) my call was never returned. I ended up using another pet burial service on 05/12. They were exceptional.

We had to use the office in Ft
Redwood City Funeral Homes Provider Name Locked
, but the sales staff was excellent. They continually followed up, but did so without pressure. The sales staff came to our home made their presentation, came back after we did our follow up research, and very quickly set us up with a contract. We have been very happy with their service and desire to help.

very professional. From the moment we walked in the door, to the service, where they had three employees attend, to the service. Even stayed an hour late for the family viewing when a member of the family had transportation problems.
