This is the third time we have used

, so I knew what to expect in the way of service. The owner was professional, responsive and punctual as he has been every time. His honesty is refreshing and we always feel like we can trust what he tells us about our appliances. He has saved us money on one costly repair by identifying a warranty we didn't even know we had. (5 yr compressor warranty that went beyond the 1 yr I knew about) Even knowing that the warranty work on this particular appliance would have to be done by another company, he did not hesitate to give me the information and steer me in the right direction.
I highly recommend the company and it's owner.

I was selling the home and right before the walkthrough inspection, the oven burner failed. I called everyone and could not get a close enough appointment, but when I called these guys, they responded immediately. When they discovered that the faulty part was not standard and therefore not readily available, they drove across town to obtain the part same-day. I truly felt like they shared in the urgency of the situation and made my problem theirs.
They were fast, responsive, and even after all that running around and visiting twice on the same day, they charged less than what I was quoted by some of the others. If I run into any appliance issues in the future, I will only call these guys. I highly recommend them to everyone who is in need of appliance repair.

Installaiton and Repair went smooth and easy with little effort on my part, thankfully, becuase I had other project going on in the home at the same time and was able to view the fnished product.
We swapped out an old Over the Range GE witha broken door with a good used GE unit that was practically the same but for a few more years on it, but well maintained.
Great idea for a rental property.

They showed up on time, they are a husband wife team and are very nice and professional. The first visit confirmed that the refrigerator was not cooling, he got on the phone with LG tech support and Tech support agreed that the frig was not cooling. The compressor was making a funny kind of ringing noise but no one seemed to think that was important since the compressor was running. K & D concluded that the refrigerator was low on refrigerant due to a leak probably from the evaporator coil. The refrigerator was a $2300. LG that is only 2 years old. LG sold me that the warranty would only cover the parts and I would be responsible for labor. K & D told me that the labor for the coil would be $500 - $800 dollars and if it turned out to be the compressor that would cost $600. in labor. As an alternative he could install a piecing valve, service the unit with refrigerant and a sealer and hope for the best and that would cost $150. I took the $150. option because putting over $1000 into a refrigerator and still it may not work was not a smart thing a do. My problem with K & D was for a trained tech to run out of viable options and into the "guessing mode" so quickly bothers me. They seemed to talk a good show but didn't produce at all. By the way he serviced the unit with
refrigerant, it cooled for about an hour and stopped cooling. The compressor still runs and still make a ringing noise, I gave up on LG and K & D and ordered a new refrigerator!!

This appliance repair service is under contract with Home Depot extended warranty. He is unreliable and rude. He came and claimed my refrigerator was broken (for 5th time in the two years since I bought it) because of dust on the back of the refrigerator. I had to press him and press him to keep checking since it had 5 repairs since I bought it two years ago. He reluctantly checked the compressor and found that there is almost no Freon which he says is due to a leak somewhere in the system. He ordered parts and was supposed to come at noon yesterday. He was 3 hours late and never called to say he was running behind. He brought a pump to take the Freon out and said he was going outside for a cigarette. After an hour I went out to find him and he was sound asleep in his car. I woke him up and he came in and put new Freon in the refrigerator. He left and the refrigerator stayed totally warm all night and the next morning. No cold air at all, even in the freezer. Before he came, the freezer was working fine. He came again this morning with a new canister of Freon and the pump. I asked him why he needed to put new Freon in again if it leaked out from yesterday, it would just leak again. He said "I am not answering any questions until I am finished." I told him I wanted to know what he was going to do since this is the 7th repair visit on a 2 year old refrigerator and I am trying to figure out what is going on. He re-stated that he was not going to answer any questions. I called Home Depot and told them what was happening. They said I could ask him to leave if I wanted but it would go on the warranty records that I had refused service. So, I let him stay. I asked him if he would at least leave me a written receipt when he left showing what repairs he had done. He refused to answer. I asked him if he heard me and he said "I heard you." Then he took out a torch with a flame and was doing something inside the back of the refrigerator with the torch and I wanted a record of this and I snapped a photo with my phone and he packed up and left. Told Home Depot that he couldn't work under those conditions, with me asking for an explanation of what he was doing. The bottom line is that my appliance is in worse condition than when he came yesterday. Yesterday the freezer was working, today nothing works and the motor that pushes air no longer runs. After he left, he told Home Depot that the refrigerator needed a "dryer" which only raises the questions of why he didn't know this yesterday, why he didn't say this and go get one today, why he put Freon in and tried to put all new Freon in again today. I don't think he had any idea what to do and didn't want to admit it to Home Depot because he has a contract with them, so he felt on the spot when I asked him to tell me what he was going to do today.

A year ago these guys came out on a service call and it was fabulous....a year later refrigerator acts up again, I schedule an appointment for Friday 2pm - 5pm window at 4:45pm they call and are on their way. The technician wanted me to describe the problem (which I did when I called the day before) at which point he had me text him a picture of the freezer frost - which I did. He called back and said that there was no purpose to come out since he would need me to defrost my refrigerator before he could assess the problem. I asked why nobody brought this idea up when I made the appt and described the problem. I expressed my annoyance that now I am at the end of the business day on a holiday weekend with a refrigerator that would not cool and an freezer that was icing up. I told him that I would defrost the unit and asked what time they would be out on Saturday and he announced that they could not come out until Monday as they are short staffed! I told them that this was ridiculous and that they were leaving me in a really bad position....he clearly could care less. I really felt that the technician was ready to wrap up his week and just didn't want to do my work on Friday. Very disappointing after a great service experience a year ago. They have lost this customer!

Trying to sell home and accidentally put dishes in dishwasher with glass and metal glued to plates. The glue melted and about 11 pieces were stuck in dishwasher. Had a prospective buyer coming so needed someone fast. They were able to come in the afternoon of same day and technician was prompt, professional and extremely efficient. He was able to get all pieces out and dishwasher put back together. Price was good for a quick turnaround service call. Would definitely recommend
