Window Replacement reviews in Pleasanton

They did a great job. The best part was that the salesman suggested I combine some windows to create a more open look along the back of my house which also resulted in needing fewer windows. They also recommended the woman who stained the wood to match my cabinets. Changed the whole look of my house. The supervisor who did the actual work was great. They were very contentious. Had some minor issues but customer service fixed right away. Definitely recommend.

Everything went great, I was impressed that they were able to finish so quickly.
I did my research and then I went to their showroom, I was greeted by a very pleasant lady (

). She showed me around and then we set an appointment. I was happy to see an email confirmation prior to the appointment with the salespersons name. When the salesman arrived (

) he listened to my needs and then answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable. He gave a bid and I was pleasantly surprised with the value. He told me 4-5 weeks lead time and he was right, in 4 weeks I got a call to set up the installation. The installers were very courteous as they covered my new flooring. This was a big job with new construction installation so it took 3 days as

We needed to upgrade a garden window in our kitchen and two french doors downstairs. We had received a quote from another nearby door/window store and just wanted a comparison. We called and had a salesman come over the next day, and received a quote the following day.The price was much lower than the other company, so we decided to go with Quality. It also helped that our current contractor had worked with them and recommended them. We upgraded the two french doors to sliding doors and upgraded the garden window to a bay window. They were able to get our windows and doors within 10 days after ordering and the installation took 3 days.
They did a great job on installing the windows and doors and we are very happy overall with their work. When we replace our other windows, we will call them back.

We had just had a roof and until we recuperate from that expenditure we are not going to do anything for a while on the windows. They were very professional. We liked them very much. When we do the windows and the stucco, the job will probably go to them. They didn't charge us anything to do the estimate. Other than their price, their professionalism, and their credibility assuming everything was equal, what I liked about them is that they have a showroom right near where we live and the tons of business that they have done in our town. We have had a couple of rip off artistes regarding the roof. It was important to us to see a business they had. We could go in and touch and feel and see the products that we were interested in. With other estimates you are looking at drawings and pictures. If they had been highly priced or unprofessional, none of that would have made a difference. They got back pretty fast to me, but they weren't as fast as some of the others.

They provided their services in a professional manner and cleaned up their work area when the job was completed.

We had a fantastic experience with
Pleasanton Window Installers Provider Name Locked
right from the first day we stepped in to their showroom. We got quotes from two other vendors but it was easy to pick
Pleasanton Window Installers Provider Name Locked
based on pricing and the professionalism exhibited by their staff. Their salesperson patiently provided us with all the options without overwhelming us. The installation went very well and the staff got the job done in quick time. They were thorough and their attention to detail was commendable.

It was a very professional job from start to finish. Gray Eagle gave us the initial high pressure sale and we completed the deal with

who provided helpful advice on product selections. The work started on time and was finished in four days as promised. The finished product looks terrific!

Everything went beautifully.
Pleasanton Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was very helpful, and they have a great showroom that shows off their product very well. They are an authorized dealer for

Windows, which are an excellent choice for older homes. Installation took a bit over a week, and the carpentry team they sent was very professional, and did a great job of cleanup each day they were here. They also hauled away the old windows. We are definitely going to use them for additional window work in the future.

We were not pleased with
Pleasanton Window Installers Provider Name Locked
improvements, as the man who sold us the contract was just a good talker. The men who came to do the work were terrible and we fired them. It took them 4 months to do a 4-day job. We had to call them so many times to get them even to come to work. They were always coming late, at about noon they would show up, and they did not even know what they were doing. The sales man left them alone and none of them even had experience as, they were all learning at our expense. We had to constantly go over their work, and they made a huge mess everywhere. They worked and had no care for anything in their way, even my kid s toys. We had to go behind them and tell them to clean up their tools and mess. They broke 3 windows leaving the shattered glass lying around and we even found some in my child's bed. This company was terrible and we fired them, and finished the work ourselves. We paid them but knocked $900 dollars of the price.

They did a real good job. I am very pleased with the windows. They are dual panes and are really nice windows. I notice a big difference in my heating cost it really makes a difference. They were professional and I would use them again.
