Palo Alto Internists Reviews

"He is the head of his department. He is very responsive. His office has an e-mail system. He answers almost immediately. He is also extremely skilled. He is good at diagnosis. He does not sugarcoat things; I like that about him the best. He tells it to you like it is. I have not had much experience with his staff. The people, who take my information, when I go in, are all fine. His wait time is quite short; they stick to the schedule. I will continue to use his services in the future."

"I am very impressed with all the family medicine doctors at PAMF especially with their clear

communication and with the way the doctors partner with you in your care - providing you with information, discussing implications and guiding you to the best decision (rather than "just take this drug" or "you're fine - go home" which was the approach of previous primary care doctors I have had)."

"She is fantastic. She is an amazing practitioner, has a great bedside manner and really knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable and great at follow through. Her punctuality is very good. I was one of her first patients, and now she doesn?t take new patients any longer because she is so popular. I cannot say enough great things about her. I would continue to use her in the future."
A
"He is very friendly. His availability is good, and his office is close to where I live. His staff is very friendly too. They are clear in what they try to explain as far as medications and appointments are concerned."

"I've been seeing her for 10-15 years. She is very intelligent and listens very carefully to what you say. She is a kind of low intervention doctor, which I like. She doesn't necessarily give you a prescription every time you see her or recommend some elaborate medical procedure. She might recommend physical therapy or some exercise. I had cancer last year so I see my doctors often. Normally it would only be 2 to 3 times a year."

"Dr.

is genuinely interested in her patients and works very efficiently to determine a course of action and to ask questions and to give answers. If she doesn't have the immediate answer she will find the answer and get it to you. She will reference other Dr.s if necessary."

"I went in for my first physical in many years. My doctor was very good, spent time to discuss things with me and as a precaution scheduled a number of tests, including ECG and stress ECG tests. The blood tests were very easy and did not require an appointment, just 12 hours' of fasting, so I came back the next morning to have the blood drawn. The tests were made available to me online, which I really liked. After a couple of days, my doctor sent me an "email" (not using email system but their own website) with a bunch of canned language regarding my test results. However, I could not respond to her email with questions unless I paid $60 a year for the privilege. Supposedly I can call her but I haven't been able to catch her in her office. The ECG tests were scheduled in two weeks and took place at their

center. The room was private and comfortable. And the procedures took about an hour. I was very satisfied with the procedure. However, I have not yet received results from the tests and it's been almost 2 weeks since I had them.

"We are extraordinarily pleased with him. He has been my husband's doctor for a while. It's not hard to get an appointment. He is always on time. He is really responsive to persons and concerns. The only reason I didn't go with him because I had to get a new doctor as mine retired and Dr.

is old enough. I didn't want to go through it again. He is just been great. He has seen my husband through some pretty major issues very successfully. He has really good skills and listens to patients. We don't have to do anything because we have a health plan. We haven't had any problems."

"She has been my doctor for many years. She is on time, spends time with me, asks me about my concerns and suggests all the tests that I need to take. She is very competent, caring, and empathetic. She is not only worried about my health, but also about my whole family. She is an ideal doctor in everyway."

"Dr.
Palo Alto Internists Provider Name Locked
was the only doctor in the clinic with an open appointment for my husband. He had been experiencing multiple colds over 6 months - very unusual as never gets sick. He also had symptoms such as night sweats. After checking in, we waited 35 minutes before Dr.

appeared. My husband described his symptoms and what had been happening. She asked about his stress levels and was very dismissive saying it must be stress. Even though my husband insisted that his stress level has not changed the past few years, she continued down this path and basically just told him to eat more fruits and vegetables. At least, she did order a blood test. However, she did not address my husbands main question as to why he keeps getting sick. I would never go back to this doctor. Also, we had to ask her about the nurse's comment of his BP being high, and she agreed that it was - she would not have even noticed this if he hadn't asked!"
