Business Description: I am a full service handyman. I do 95% of all the work myself. I want to assure the quality is always there. I might have a helper some times. I would use sub-contractors with the customers permission only. There is no license for handyman, but I do have a business license and I am insured. I do not charge by the hour. I believe that "flat rate" pricing or bids is best for the customer. That way the job is not open-ed and they know exactly what it will cost them up front. I have lived and worked my business in the same general area for 50 years. Cost is determined by the job.
