"I was recommended Fati's
by a close friend and right away my son and I were welcomed and felt like family. We took a tour of Fati's" child-care area in her home which was also beautiful. She washed his bottles, clothes, and had everything so organized. I even saw some toys I grew up with. What amazing people! I am so lucky to have found her and anyone else in the area would be lucky to have found her too!

"Mrs. Ravinder is wonderful with children. She was my daughter's teacher at a local preschool, and when she decided to run a home
," my husband and I immediately signed her up. She was a god send with potty training and our daughter was already reading and writing words by age 3. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the area.

Home Child Care reviews in Oakland

They provide safety and care for my 3 month old child during the workday. They do a great job. They are not inexpensive, but they are definitely worth it for the service.

She has no communication skills. She didn't

me when I dropped off my child to her home. She's not nurturing and I don't understand why she babysits when she lacks these skills. She was like this on both days I dropped off my child. She's not personable; very robot like. What really took the cake was one morning, I went to drop off my daughter and someone else greeted me. It was a woman who said she was Crystal's cousin. I was taken back and asked where is Crystal? She said, oh she had to do something today, but she'll be back later. Crystal did not contact me the night before to let me know she was going to be unavailable and that someone else would be watching my child. That's very unprofessional and not courteous to say the least. She expected me to leave my child with a stranger. I called in sick to work that morning and didn't leave my child with her cousin. Crystal claims she's been doing this for 11years... I don't know that she's truthful about it since she ended up charging me for more than she originally said she would charge. I was supposed to pay her $22 per day, but she charged me $30 per day, which came out to $60. Because there's no contract for in home child care I just paid her to end all communication with her.

She is great. She provides excellent care and is not only trustworthy, but beyond reliable as well. In over two years with her, she has not once taken a sick day and rarely closes. She is great with kids of all ages, as I have seen her care for babies and also work on homework with school aged kids. She is great at ensuring each child gets focused time with her and finds ways to keep them amused. Most importantly, I know my child is in great hands and with someone who cares for them and nurtures them. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home child care.

I didn't want to put my child in daycare, but now I'm sad that she'll be done at

soon! I LOVE that this daycare does not confine the children to one room all day. There is an infant house, a toddler house, and a preschool. My daughter had a couple rooms to play in, a different room where they all slept (in cribs or toddler beds, not just on little mats), and they ate in rooms off the kitchen. The ladies that cared for my daughter were all wonderful; it quickly became clear that my daughter liked them and was comfortable with them. We have a lot of trust in this provider and would highly recommend them!

was great and very flexible in working with me after I had a second child, as we wanted to reduce my daughter's days at Kelleys but not completely pull her right away. I appreciated that so much, since it gave my daughter some normalcy and allowed her to continue to go to a place that was "hers" after so many things had changed with the arrival of a younger sibling.
The one downside is that it is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for and we felt it was worth it for my daughter to have the low ratio of children to caregivers.

She is not professional at all. She has no communication, and was 20 minutes late picking up my son from school. Her excuse was that she has other kids to worry about, and that my son is not the only kid she has to pick up.

I would like to personally recommend

for overnight care for

twins or triplets. The owner, Zaneta, & another of her night nannies cared for our twin girls for nearly two months once they were home from the NICU this Summer. She is trustworthy, competent, caring & so supportive. I am so thankful for the good night's sleep that we were able to get in the early weeks, as I am certain it made my husband & I better parents by day for the girls & our toddler.

Zaneta took a personal interest in our girls & as the night feedings began to stretch to longer hours, she worked with us on sleep training suggestions, establishing a day schedule, etc. Maybe we are lucky, or we have sleepy genes, or Zaneta is the baby whisperer but...our little ladies have been sleeping 12 hours at night since 3 months and are both healthy & thriving.

My husband & I were talking just the other day about the entire experience. While it may seem a bit pricey, we agreed it was literally the BEST money we have ever spent. I would highly recommend the services for any soon to be parents of multiples or even singletons if there is a need for additional night help. You are in good hands with MME!

She does everything, but I do a full day with my 11 month old infant. Sandy provides homemade/organic food and organic wipes (which she makes herself) -- all I provide is breast milk and diapers. It would be nice if she had later hours. She loves all the kids like her own, and it makes you feel comfortable to drop them off. She has scheduled activities like crafts. She gets them out as much as possible, and she also has an assistant. There are lots of kids there so my child gets lots of interaction. I'm very pleased with her.
- Eric R.

When my twins were born, I also had a 2 1/2 year-old. My husband was traveling a lot for work and we didn't have ANY family or friends in the area (we had just moved from Chicago). To say it was a rough time just doesn't do it justice. I honestly don't know what I would have done without the help of

. They came in when my husband was away and took over the care of my tiny little ones for a few hours over night so I could get just a bit of sleep. They fed them every hour or two, changed their diapers, snuggled them, swaddled them and got them to sleep. They were so good with my guys and I totally trusted them in my home with my children while I was sleeping.
Additionally, Zaneta knows so much about infants and sleep.

gave me some great advice about how to get my babies on a sleep schedule and set them up to be good sleepers. I really feel like her advice helped contribute to their sleep patterns and the fact that they are really great sleepers even today!
Thank you, MMEZ! I couldn't have made it without you! I highly recommend them to any new parents in need of sleep and/or advice!
