I have references and have been working with contractors for several years, and have remodeled my own home as well as very many projects for friends. I have my own tools. I will tell you immediately if I cannot do any specific job. I am a Handyman as defined by the State of California, which means that I can take no job that is more than $500. If someone tells you they have a handyman's license in the State of California, please look it up - such a thing does not exist. I may not be the cheapest. I truly believe that taking a job where I cannot provide an excellent result is not a benefit to either one of us. From simple picture hanging to more complex tasks, I will always be prompt and dependable.
