"This is the 3rd time
has done our photos and we plan to come back to him every year! His passion for what is does is obvious. He has an amazing" ability to capture the essence of each individual.
makes you feel comfortable from the time you set foot in the door. He sat down with the group to discuss what was going on with us, what we'd like to do and just generally connecting with everyone. Each person had their own individual picture first, then he did small groups (kids/grandpa, each family, etc.) then he did finished with the large group photo. The studio is in a separate area but in the waiting area there is a large tv screen where you can watch what's going on inside the studio. Very cool! The kids absolutely love him! When our 6 year old started to get squirrely,
brought his props and had him laughing in no time. Even my "I never smile in pictures" father in law smiled! ALOT! He told
he wasn't really looking forward to the photo session but that he'd had a great time. That is HIGH praise coming from him! Not only is he an incredibly talented photographer, he's a sweetheart of a guy. I highly recommend him to anyone!

"We contacted
for long-overdue family photos. We requested to do the photo shoot at a local park. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate" on the first day that we scheduled...nor on the second date. However,
was flexible and accommodating. She worked with us (and Mother Nature) to find a date and time that met our needs. She spent a lot of time with us on several different locations throughout the park. And the best part -- the shots look terrific. The color is great, the composition is fantastic. We are actually having trouble deciding which ones to purchase -- but
is helping us with that as well. We'll be ordering this week and I'll update this review once we receive the prints. As a side note, we looked at several other photographers and
's end product and pricing put her at the top of our list. We'll definitely be using
in the future.

Very nice and comfortable, clean environment. I went to her for the
first time and went back a second time and would recommend her to anyone
that wants photos done.
Very laid back and nice attitude, it was very nice doing business with

The session went very well, that I had to go back again to do a birthday photo shoot which
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked

Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
showed me how to pose in different pics. (She knows her work.)
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
even let me bring a change of clothes and also let me bring a prop for the photos as well.( Loved It!!)
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked

Photo shoot was great.
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
was prompt and fun. She came to our home and was prepared with her equipment. Photos were available relatively quickly for viewing, though we ran into some difficulty thereafter. Communication was mostly via email and text and not very prompt. In the end, it took several MONTHS to obtain the final photo prints! Her photo composition and editing skills were decent, though she lacked in professionalism, later indicating that personal life difficulties impeded her ability to complete work by deadlines SHE set for herself. I get that life happens and would have been very understanding of a delay, though there was little communication and only after threats of calling the BBB did she return my calls.

I contacted
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
to see if she would be able to take family pictures the Saturday after Christmas. I have 3 grown children and haven't had any professional pictures taken in many years. Since they were all going to be at my house over the holidays I wanted to take advantage and get some pictures taken. We set up a time for her to arrive at my house on the morning of December 27th. She arrived promptly and was quick at setting everything up. She had very good suggestions for the shots. She took posed shots of us as well as more candid ones where we were just sitting on the couch talking and laughing. I thought she was very professional and was very pleased with everything. The $250 dollars was for the photo session and all of the pictures from it. She told me she would email me information as well as mail me CD's with the pictures on them. She also gave me suggestions for where I could get prints developed as well as where I could get some developed on canvas. Overall I was very happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Our family was overdue for pictures so a friend recommended
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
. It didn't take long while viewing samples of her work online to feel confident we had made a good choice. It had been so long since our last pictures that this might have well been our first time. To make matters worse I am very uncomfortable with having my picture taken and it shows.
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
and her assistant arrived early at the location and by the time we arrived was prepared with lots of ideas and suggestions. She was so patient with us, made us feel at ease and the experiencewas more like we were spending time with a friend than a photography session. The pictures she took were amazing. She truly has a talent for picture composition and her post-processing skills are equally impressive. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

it started off great. We met with him a month before our wedding. The day of the wedding went great. He even did some fancy taping on our way to the reception.
After weeks of bugging him, we finally received the dvd's 8 weeks after our wedding, but i was immediately disappointed.
First my name was misspelled on the cheap looking DVD cover he made - he spelled it "Rachae;". Yes, a semi-colon in my name. On the label on the DVD, he spelled my name "
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
". Again, wrong.... Considering we filled out an agreement and my name was spelled correctly on it, it was just a bad way to start with our wedding DVD.
We had a different song played during our wedding. it was "I want to grow old with you", the song from the wedding singer. however, i had a different version played. One of the short videos that was provided used the version from the film, WITH the talking from the film. it was just disappointing that the version we had during our ceremony was not used. he could have asked for it, but he never did.
the video of our wedding ceremony was going great until, for some unknown reason, he decided to add a black and white feature during the ceremony at a few different parts. it added NOTHING and all it did was distract from the ceremony. i kept thinking why did he put that there? it was literally in the middle of the ceremony when it changed to black and
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
for a minute and then back to color. all it did was distract.
about 2 weeks after we received our wedding DVD, i emailed him asking him to correct his mistakes to my name as well as take out the black and white feature of the ceremony. it's been 4 weeks with absolutely no response.
overall, a disappointment transaction.

She did an amazing job. She even came to the rehearsal as well as helped set up for the wedding. She is ready to make suggestions and help guide you through the shoot. Very professional.

Wedding photography: Scheduled and paid for via the website. Confirmation emails were received however, when calling to confirm prior to the event, the manager for the local branch, Will, had no one scheduled for our event and decided he would just do the pictures himself as he was planning to do the DJ service that were to begin with the Reception. Since the ceremony began at 5 PM and the reception began at 6:30, he effectively cut our provided photography service down to 1.5 hours with no reduction in our costs. All of the requested information was filled in comprehensively on their website for both services and via emails and phone calls detailed arrangements were coordinated. Written instructions for the reception were provided to the scheduled service provider who I was corresponding with. These very detailed instruction included the program, names, special songs, the order to call each table to visit the buffet for dinner, etc. On the day of our event, Will arrived to set up the DJ equipment at the scheduled time and informed me that he had decided to have a different employee,
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
, provide the DJ service for the reception. Despite the use of a second employee, photos were only taken for one hour. Will did not have a flash or any lighting available for
his photos and he did not seem to have any ideas for photos after the ceremony beyond the wedding party and parents standing in groups for basic photos. It has been almost three weeks and we still have not received our CD from Complete at this point so I cannot remark on the quality. The DJ arrived during the cocktail hour and to my surprise, all of the detailed planning with Will was a waste of time because none of our discussions nor my emailed instructions had been shared with
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
. I had a copy with me, thankfully, that I was able to provide to him, but he did not familiarize himself with the information prior to the start of the reception and skipped several items. In addition, because he had not been provided any information from Will,
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
kept coming to me during the wedding asking questions. As the mother of the groom, I did not want to spend the reception coordinating the events. My husband and I were very disappointed in the way the DJ awkwardly handled a couple of unexpected issues during the evening. We also did not like the fact that
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
added three program items to our reception without prior coordination; two of these additions caused confusion because he was unfamiliar with our specifics. He also plugged his services at one point during the evening and did not have any personality at all. We were very disappointed with the services provided by Complete.

Are you fine with waiting an entire year after your wedding
to get your wedding album? If not,
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
’t hire
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
. I spoke with dozens of
photographers in the DC/MD/VA area and 4-6 months is the normal turnaround. My review
is long, read below if you want the details but at the end of the day, do you
want to wait an entire year to get your album when you can get it in 4-6 months
from a photographer who’s just as talented?
I almost didn’t go with him. He offered to accept another photographer’s
photography package in order to get my business. It was a lower price than what
he charges so I’m wondering if that’s why my album fell through the cracks.
He asked me 2 weeks after the wedding if I could leave a 5
star review for him-I hadn’t even seen all the pictures! Thank God I didn’t
leave a review at that time because then I couldn’t have included what actually
The actual wedding went fine and the website with my
pictures got up January 8. I emailed him twice, the day after the pictures were
up and about 10 days later asking how many pictures I could choose for the
album. He didn’t respond until after the second email. I gave him my selection
by the end of January. Mid-April I asked what was the status of my album-no
response. Again the end of May-no response. Again the beginning of June. He
finally responded to that email saying the layout would be ready to approve the
next week. I didn’t get the album layout until 2 weeks later. I emailed him the
next day to say I approved it and asked when the album would be finished-no
response. Again the end of August-no response. His excuse for being
unresponsive was personal issues and lots of traveling. I’ve seen his
smartphone-he could’ve easily sent me an email telling me he was traveling and
would get back to me later.
For some reason, he texted my mom the beginning of September
telling her the album would be ready right before Thanksgiving-even though I
was the one he’d been communicating with for months. She told him to contact me.
I called him because getting the album almost a year after the wedding (got
married December 7) is not acceptable. We had a long heated discussion and he
thought a year was perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately it wasn’t in my contract
when it would be finished. The 6 months
he lists on his Wedding Wire profile is only for small albums so be aware-if
you go with him, include in your contract when the album will be finished.
He offered a bunch of extras to make me happy but I wanted either my album or my
deposit. He said he could get my album to me by the end of October-it didn’t
I contacted about 70 photographers in the area about what’s
a normal timeframe- everyone was shocked that it took him so long. The normal
amount of time seemed to be 4-6 months. One photographer even pointed out that
Marina Photographers Provider Name Locked
’s Facebook page is full of albums from corporate events and bridal
shows-only a handful of weddings. You
know how all the bridal magazines say you need to pick a photographer who
specializes in weddings? I found out how true that was the hard way.
I finally got my album 3 weeks shy of my one
year anniversary and it’s nice but talent wise, it looks exactly the same as
every other photographer I interviewed. You might read this and think I’m just
a disgruntled bride (that’s what I would’ve thought) but are you going to risk
waiting almost an entire year to get your album when you can go with another
just as talented photographer (and probably cheaper) and get your album in an
acceptable amount of time?
