Business Description: SOS Mold & Environmental has been a leading consulting company for mold issues for over 14 years. We have offices in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas Nevada. We are only consultants. We do not perform any remediation or removal of mold, asbestos, bacteria or other harmful materials. We provide detailed and accurate consulting as to how to best manage these sorts of issues and more importantly, once they are completed provide clearance certification backed up with $2 million dollars insurance so you know the job was done right. Our site visits for identification (preliminary visits) start at $265 dollars and go up depending upon the square footage of the area we are looking at etc. Included in the initial inspection will be a detailed scope of work outlining what has to be done to clear up the problem we have identified. This way the person doing the work is not the person telling you what he has to do. This inherently would be a conflict of interest. Clearance certification site visits start at $195 and require the collection of samples to analyze to confirm that the issues have been taken care of. SOS is an industry leader with two Ph.D.'s on staff. We provide mold solutions, not mold problems. We will help you solve your issues.
