+ 0 moreI like everything about West Coast Custom Blinds, even their prices were great. They were very professional. Their quotes were accurate, they took great measurements, they gave you options on if you wanted to reduce some costs. They had all of their materials with them. I would prefer them to any and everybody. They were nice people.
Description of Work: They did all the shutters and I have about 20 windows in my house.

+ -1 moreCommunication with this company is difficult. They had to be reminded who I was every time I called. Return calls are unusual. The owners and the tech don't communicate adequately. When the appointment is not kept, no one calls to let you know they are held up or not coming. Details of story is in box above. Overall, this was a nightmare. Now I have to start over to find a vendor who can manufacture a good quality set of blinds and install them correctly.
Description of Work: Company came out and took measurements and gave estimate (11/30/2010). I agreed and ordered, giving 50% deposit. Blinds were delivered (12/13/2010). Installation was fair, valance had to be reordered, shade on front door was not what I ordered. Tech said he would reorder everything and get back to me. I called to check on project (1/5/2011). They came out 1/6/2011 and reordered the valance and front door shade. Long story short, after many phone calls and promises to deliver, the correct shade was reinstalled but the blinds were never right. They took the valance back twice to adjust it. The final visit was today, 3/29/2011. The valance still was not right and one of the blinds had a problem as well. We agreed that they would remove them and refund my money. I kept the shade on the front door.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY REALLY OUT DONE THEMSELVES.THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING. I WOULD GLADLY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: WINDOWS WERE MESURED IN ADVANCE FOR FITTING. WHEN BLINDS ARRIVED THE WORKERS INSTALLED THE HARDWARE WITHOUT ANY MESS. THE BLINDS TOOK NO TIME TO BE INSTALLED.
