We are the State Certified Inspectors/Consultant that certify in writing that a buildinbg has known hazards, how to deal with the hazards, and issue final clearance certifications for "no immediate response acion required", "no further action required", "final clearance achieved", "authorization for re-occupancy" etc. We do not perform radon testing.
