Business Description: Our company, One Source Group, combines over 40 years of experience in the environmental inspection industry. We offer the appropriate certifications to perform inspections for mold, asbestos, lead paint etc. (Certified Asbestos Consultant, Certified Asbestos Building Inspector, Certified Lead Technicians, Registered Environmental Assessor (REA). We pride our selves with providing timely, affordable and professional inspections for our clients with honest and ethical advice for their projects. Typical fees, for a small residential mold inspection range from $175 to $400 depending on the number of samples collected and analyzed. We would prefer to discuss further pricing over the phone or email. What I can say is there are no "hidden charges" in our pricing. We are very upfront about that subject. BEWARE OF OTHER OFFERS THAT OFFER VERY LOW UPFRONT INSPECTION FEES, WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS THE PER SAMPLE CHARGES. WE PREFER THE UP-FRONT NO GAMES APPROACH.
