Eric will personally come out to meet with you for an inspection and price quote before doing the job. We'll schedule this pre-cleaning inspection at your convenience and it usually takes no longer then about 15 minutes of your time. Once you've selected us to perform the service, we'll work with you to schedule it at a time that's convenient for you. We have a strong job and service satisfaction guarantee; If you're not absolutely happy with the cleaning or service you don't have to pay. Even more important however is this; if any concerns (recurring spots, etc.) pop-up days, weeks or even months later you can, literally, call us back on the carpet to take care of it.
