we've had problems since the first day of service they said it was our router brand new by the way we bought 3 different routers they finally said it was a fail on their end so they came out and did nothing the problems kept going on and on they said they gave us 2 months of credit and that somebody would be out because they are having problems everywhere and we called to see our balance which we had to call about 10 times and they said your balance is zero you don't owe anything til the 7th of September so we told them okay we get paid on the 12th is that okay And they said yes thats fine since you don't owe us anything well 2 days ago we called so see when the person was going to come and fix it they said we owed them 100 and something dollars because our bill was past due WHAT!!! And we told them no we weren't going to pay that because 2 weeks ago they said we didn't owe anything except our bill on the 7th and I wake up this morning and guess what my internet is off and they we're suppose to call us and the bill and who we talked to and stuff like that but no they just turn it off so I will be calling them and I will not ever use their service again !!

Based on my experience, this organization is completely incompetant. Complained of intermittent service outages, the sent a tech who replaced the modem. Still had problem so they sent another tech who replaced the modem again. Still not working. Sent a 3rd tech, apparently this one was an actual

I ask what happens after 3 months and was told it will drop off automatically. 3 months later and guess what - I am now paying for blast which I did not ask for. Couple months later and the modem is now out again and we are in week two of trying to get a tech out here and they keep missing appointments and never reschedule or call back. I contacted the MN Attorney General’s office and they said I should contact my legislator. I really want good inernet service but am out of options. A monopoly shouldn't be allowed to operate like this.

It went very well. The only criticism that I have about the whole experience is that the air cards had to stop working before we were told they were not the correct ones. When they changed over it would have been nice if they had proactively contacted the people who had air cards that hooked up to DVR and let them know they would need replacing. Since this had to be done by a technician we could have scheduled an appointment to get it done. Since I am sure they have information on who is renting what, it seems like it would be easy enough to look up all the air card users and give them a call. No sorry or credit was offered either

for 8 years. The last few months, the service has been intermittent. When I call, they blame my computer but my work computer has the same problem. Then the service would re-establish on both computers at the same time....tells me it's their problem. So, I decided to upgrade to fioptics. have a letter that service would start at 9-4-2014 after 8 pm. Called @ 8:30 pm - no service - they said wait - called back later - they said not activated - wait. Called twice on Friday - no help - i'd get these off shore people that you couldn't understand. Finally on Sat, called and asked for a supervisor. Woman who helped me said they had never contacted dispatch to start service. Said I'd have service on Monday (9-8-14). Monday afternoon - no service - called @ 6:30 - same drill - wait till 8 pm. After 8PM - it could be anytime tonight...just wait. Finally around 10 pm, I called and the bozo on the phone said - well you may have a faulty modem. You'll need to take it to a

No phone calls - no off shore accents with please repeat over and over....
THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. AND JUST THINK I WAS AN 8 YEAR CUSTOMER. THEY WILL NOT STAY IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS. VERIZON NEEDS TO ADVERTISE THEIR $20 A MONTH MODEM. I WOULD HAVE SWITCHED YEARS AGO IF I'D KNOW I COULD HAVE GOOD OR BETTER SERVICE FOR 1/2 THE PRICE.

I was finally given correct information to receive sound but it isn't permanent. At least 60% of the time I have to go through hoops to fix the problem. I have not moved or changed any wiring between the cable connection or between my TV and peripherals. It's very annoying and I am very seriously considering cutting the cord with them.

Ok, I like that they actually, especially recently, started to paying more attention to keeping their customers happy(er). I received a courtesy call to review my service and ended up switching to a better and cheaper service, I've been using old package and had no idea that its OLD and I can get better for less. Sounds too good to be true, well it kinda of is too good.

One thing politeness and professionalism and another putting way too much butter on your bread to the point where it starts to melt and drip over so to speak.
As many times I've had to do some major change to my service it was ALWAYS some kind of a problem and if I wasn't persistent enough it would just keep hanging and nobody would ever fix it for me. I've always had to call back multiple times until I hammered that nail into the ground and things were DONE.

has great Internet Service and Cable quality is great too especially HD channels. But customer support layered lettuce mess if just a nightmare to get through and unless you are persistent and keep calling and annoying them you'll sit and wonder "What the heck is going on"...
