Business Description: Hello my name is Dan the owner of A Tree Surgeon. I would like to share a little bit about myself. I have been trimming trees since I was a child. I grew up in my fathers landscape business. I would help him growing up and loved fruit so he taught me to prune fruit trees at a very young age, as I reaped the benefit of the great fruit we harvested that year I was hooked. I also grew up on a avocado orchard so taking care and harvesting avocados was the norm at 10yrs old. As I grew up I knew that I loved trees. I started a tree division for my father at age 16. I took Arboriculture at 18 and expanded my knowledge on trees, proper trimming and prunning, fertilizing, pest control and disease management. I wanted to promote proper prunning as many tree company's out there will throw you a low price and hack your trees where I give fair prices for high quality work and give the trees the attention they need. I have saved many trees that would have died if they were left alone including Ash, Oak, Pine, Citrus, Poplar etc..
