We have a house with wood exterior, and some boards were in need of replacement, window trim needed repair, and the entire house could use a fresh coat of paint. We got estimates from several people and hired
Services (including giving him half the money upfront, nearly $3000) because we liked his approach, and that he could start within a few weeks (May 28) and be done within a week, weather-permitting. He had done some various jobs around our neighborhood. We went around the house beforehand and identified all the damaged wood and agreed that all of these boards would be repaired, and it was written up in the contract that all damaged wood would be repaired. He assured us verbally and in writing that the cost would not exceed his estimate.The project started late, and although
told us before signing the contract that he would be doing the work himself, he was not there and every few days one or two of crew members came without him for 3-4 hours and things moved VERY slowly.
kept promising day after day that he'd show up but then he wouldn't. Twice he told us there was a car accident, but his assistant told us no,

that was dissatisfied with his work and wouldn't pay him until he got more done. We had to spend a lot of our time calling and emailing him when we kept coming home to find nothing done again. said he would fix "at the end of the project." His assistants seemed confused and didn't know what

and he was not going to finish our project. We were shocked and tried to convince him to finish and he said no. So not only is the project less than halfway finished but
has walked off the job and is refusing to give us our $3,000 deposit back. He said we would need to take him to court if we wanted our money back. He said couldn’t afford to finish the job, implying that he needed more money without ever explicitly asking; in fact he said he would "do the right thing and not ask for more money." We asked, how is walking away and keeping our deposit doing the right thing? We emailed a compromise (offered paying more money after full completion of the project or letting him keep $1000 and walking away) and he never responded. He had told us from day one that he always gets approval from customers before doing work that wasn't in the contract, and not only did he not do this, but because he didn't explain the job to his assistants they probably used the wood in the wrong place. Because two walls had a lot of boards replaced while
was not onsite, far more boards than he and we had agreed to replace and didn't need replacing, our suspicion is that

There are several areas we identified during our pre-contract walkthrough that have not been replaced.Right now, in addition to needing the wood replaced, the shed doors replaced, cosmetic work on a front overhang, the power-washing and the painting done, he left us with the large kitchen window frame and drywall severely damaged, lots of hardened putty on a bedroom window and the lower roof, a ripped screen, and damaged trim, which we expected he would repair at the end of the job. He actually called and apologized for all of his no-shows several days before he walked off, and told us we had been so patient and understanding. Despite our flexibility and patience with the delays and mistakes in the project and our willingness to negotiate, he has refused to either complete the project or give us our money back.

We went to this shop on a friend's recommendation and spoke with the owner,
about our theme colors, the number of arrangements, and our budget for wedding flowers. We were having a small courthouse wedding with the reception at a different location. She was very helpful when it came to deciding where to put flowers, what size container, what shape of arrangement (tall, wide, flowing, etc). What was most amazing is the variety of flowers in our color that she could get. We made a list of acceptable types for indoor and outdoor locations and let her do her thing.
met us at the courthouse with boutineers and corsages for the wedding party. They were very fresh and had just enough contrast to show up nicely in photographs. When she brought the flowers to the reception we were awestruck. These were the most artistic, colorful, fresh and full arrangements I have ever seen. She had so many types of flowers that perfectly complemented each other; some exotic, including beautiful orchids, and many locally sourced native plants that created a unique and distinct look as well as a light, pleasant fragrance, both of which had our guests raving.
also brought some live, potted perennial flowers for the outdoor areas which we will later plant in our yard for a lasting memory (as well as encouraging the local bee population). Most of the cut flowers lasted well over a week.
We were very happy with everything and will use
for future events.

bucks, so the service was more or less free considering that we used that money to buy trees and garden supplies we needed anyway. The cost to have the work done was another story. It was way too much for us to spend, so we've been doing the work ourselves and chipping away at it here and there.

I contacted this Florist and talked with the person responsible for the arrangement. She said that she was happy with her work. I am sure she didn't expect I would find out that I had been tricked into paying a lot for pitiful bouquet. Never use them!!!

delivered flowers sent from the same people with the same card. then on sat they called and said that the flowers had been cancelled and that they wanted their flowers back. Everything was eventually handled through 1-800-flowers but I went online to look up the address on the card and we realized that they do not have a store front their address is a mail box in a UPS store

Each time i have order flowers it has never been close to the pictures. So i double up the amount of flowers you get and they still did not seem as fresh looking as the pictures. For each time i order chocolate they usual are melted by the time they make it off the fedex truck. They did not use enough material to keep them cool. Someone was home for each delivery so that they would not have to sit in the heat. To receive melted chocolate while at home is wrong and it happen on every pruchase. So they need to relook on how they do delivers. And i know this marketing but if you can't get the flowers as fresh as the pictures then to me that is wrong. They at least should be close, mine have been looking as if i had 3 days left before they die...

I bought flowers and candy for my spouse birthday. The flowers never look as good as the picture and you do not get everything in the picture. So i double up and still did not look close to the picture which was disappointing. The chocolate was melted beyond recongnition. I bought flowers from them several times along with chocolate dipped strawberrys. The was melted but replace and are good. But on the last exhange they seem to be given me issues. I guess because everytime i get melted chocolate and i had someone home during the deliver. i can see if the package had to wait until i came home from work... I will not buy flowers again but i will get the strawberries.

Highland delivered my flowers late in the day, messed up the spelling of my personal note, forgot the chocolates and delivered a mediocre bouquet of flowers (much smaller than the picture on telefora's website). The flowers didn't really match either (there were supposed to be a lot of red roses included; there were only a handful). ...More /> The delivery person ran the bell and took off. contracted out to a local florist who delivered late in the day, messed up the spelling of my personal note, forgot the chocolates and delivered a mediocre bouquet of flowers (much smaller than the picture on telefora's website). I paid a lot of money for the premium version (lots of flowers); what I received was definitely not premium. The flowers didn't really match either (there were supposed to be a lot of red roses included; there were only a handful).

I've ordered from other sites like 1-800-FLOWERS and in the past and never had a problem. Not sure what's up with

but I will NEVER use them again. They are unreliable. I had to call their customer service number 3 times to get this resolved (the first time the operator hung up on me).

When I finally got through to Telefora about my order, they credited me for the missing chocolates, but they did not have anything to say about the non premium size of my flowers.
