Business Description: Base Built Services was founded on the premise that all architectural plans should be put together using high standards and accuracy. We also strive to provide an exceptional service for architects, so they can focus on designing and not on measuring. After seeing the standard process for putting together architectural plans using the paper-pencil method (low tech), and developing a plan using the computer-data system (high tech), we realized that measuring should be done no other way. Measuring with our data capture technique saves considerable time and aids in ensuring accuracy. We save our clients time and money by eliminating having to generate "as built" plans from scratch. We specialize in building existing condition plans for you.
