We also have an efficiency division that does in-home electrical, water, heating, and health audits looking for the "low hanging fruit" of conservation. The majority of our work is done by our in house labor, and we utilize subcontractors for specialty work such as plumbing, electrical, solar hot water, etc. We provide custom quotes for your individual project and offer very competitive rates, plus can combine efficiency upgrades with more traditional contracting services to provide better pricing for both. Our efficiency division specializes in looking for the most cost effective solutions or upgrades, and typically do not encourage large expenditures such as solar PV systems that can take decades to pay for themselves, but rather the smaller system upgrades and refinements that provide the most bang for the buck. We also provide preconstruction services including plan review, value engineering/cost control, permitting/entitlements, and coordination with architect/engineers. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and have been building in Sonoma County and the surrounding areas for over 30 years.
