This is a follow up to this afternoon's phone conversation.
You have spoken with my mother on several occasions and while you have agreed to resolve this - it has not yet been resolved.
This afternoon you agreed to call me when you got back into town. You are currently out of town as you encountered car trouble out of state. You had your son take down my information. If you have misplaced it - here is my cell phone 3**-***-****. You may call me any day/any time of day. I prefer that you also respond to this email. I expect that I will hear from you before close of business on Thursday to set an appointment.
To summarize, please respond to this email and call me within two days to confirm that you will provide service at MADS before Monday or schedule a visit to my parents' property on June 20th.
I am sure you are familiar with MADS, however I will provide their information is below. I provided my parents' address to you on the phone. If you need it again - please call me.
I have copied several friends and family members on this email such that there is a record of the details of the situation thus far. I look forward to an expeditious resolution of this issue.

When they finally shipped the product both of the colors were wrong. We agreed to let one color stay and have them repair the other color and shipped everything back to them. After waiting 2 weeks with no feedback and trying to reach them for a week, they finally replied that they material they ordered to finish my job had been used for another job and they had to reorder. They gave me a date by which that material would arrive and by when they would ship. When that day came and went I still had not heard from them and finally reached them only to find out the material did not arrive on time (would have been nice to be contacted considering all the previous screw ups). Then was promised new ship date of the day I'm writing this review. I haven't received any word and have sent 3 emails today trying to get a status.
Bottom line is... the owner seems like a nice guy but I would not do business with him again. His company is disorganized and refuses to talk to its customers which is the reason they make mistakes and don't deliver.

Whatever you do.... don't give them your boat or car interior or you may never see it again.
