They used existing materials, which saved on costs. Final work looked great and was well done. Responded quickly with an estimate, and were very flexible about meeting our needs around work schedule.

Realistically, it's hard to imagine that a project this size could have gone any better than it did. I've got a close friend who has a PhD in Civil Engineering, and he commented that the garage looks like it's been part of the house all along.
The project took slightly longer than expected, but that was mostly due to weather early in the effort. The price was higher than we anticipated, but I don't think it was higher than it should have been. I ran the numbers by the aforementioned engineer, an experienced architect, and another (out of the area) builder; and they all confirmed that building projects are expensive these days. The quality of the result is absolutely worth it.
All of the subcontractors were professional, courteous, patient with our questions, and detail-oriented.
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was absolutely professional, even as I emailed or texted him multiple times per week with questions and issues.
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was patient with us as we had to regroup on flooring (not available in as timely a fashion as we needed it) and with our indecision over a few issues. When it came time to settle up at the last draw,
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was equally complete with credits as he was with additional expenses.
There were a few minor issues, as any of us would expect. In retrospect, I think a final set of plans with review before digging began might have helped.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. They will be the first folks we call if we have any remodelling projects in the future.

did an amazing job in a very short time frame. We had 10 days to complete a long list of work at our new home prior to leaving on a vacation. We created a laundry room from an existing closet, replaced several plumbing fixtures, added and relocated plumbing and electrical throughout the home, installed new cabinetry, fans, and lighting, and repaired tile.
Our job included the need for city permits so that put added pressure on the schedule. Dans crew were amazing. There were professional, clean, and their work quality exceeded our expectations. I was doing some work in the home myself during the process and
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's crew were always happy to help when I needed a quick hand. We also added a few extras tasks in along the way and they handled all of them without delay or compliant and at a reasonable cost. On the day we moved in
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
had his cleaning crew in early before our movers arrived to make sure the home was ready for us.
I am a Realtor and have recommended

I would highly recommend

gave me detailed explanations of why the "house" could not be remodeld to the housing standard. The building is technically a pole barn and the footer was all wrong. And this was only one of the problems. I was pretty much sure of this but I needed the expert opinion so I could convince my dad on another option. I appreciated that
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
took the time to look at this project and if there are any situations where I would need work done, I would call him again.

Initial work was good, installation timely and workers were generally neat. Salesperson extremely friendly. There was a problem with their electrician disconnecting my air conditioning, but I was able to reconnect it myself after some investigation. Work was completed in early
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. The company was very responsive UNTIL I PAID THEM IN FULL. Now I can't even get a call back and they are not standing by their one year warranty.
In the fall, I went to turn off the shutoff valve to the outside water tap via the access panel and was unable to turn it because the basement ceiling was jammed up against the turnoff valve. It took 3 phone calls to get them to come out and fix it. I was very concerned that the water tap would freeze and leak in the basement. At that time, I mentioned that there was a crack in the corner of the basement walls that they constructed. I told them it was ok to wait on this and fix it after the winter, when everything had settled and while the work was still under the one year warranty.
I called them in May 2014 to ask them to come fix the wall. In addition, there was a nail pop to be fixed, the access panel was extremely tight and difficult to get off, I found a broken light fixture and I had noticed that the walls at the top of the staircase were rough and needed to be sanded and repainted. I got a call back from the salesperson who said they would be out soon to fix it.
Nobody came. I called again in
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and left message that it hadn't been fixed. Salesperson called me back, very upset it hadn't been fixed and said someone would be out in the next week. Still nobody has come.
I've called every week since then (sometimes twice a week) and left messages, as well as e-mailed them. My phone calls and e-mails have not been answered as of today, September 12, 2014.
To stand by their warranty would have involved 1/2 day of work maximum, a

He was recommended and I called him to enclose our back sun room. He finally showed up,after a long wait. He looked and measured and said he would get back to me. I waited over two weeks and finally called him. He said he would figure an estimate for me today. Well several days have gone by again and he still has not called. So I am writing him off at this time. Not going to call him again after two calls already. It's been three weeks.

finally called back after my secod message and left me a message saying that my project was too small - they don't do small projects. I'm sort of surprised without actually hearing what both projects entailed that he had any idea what the scope of our project was (big or small). Ultimately I guess he missed out on a 200k

Can't remember all the details at this late date, but they were extremely professional, and the work performed was of the highest quality. We could not be happier!

In December of 2013 we contracted
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to do the above work. All was OK, until we noticed that we rarely saw anyone doing work on our project. In the 10 months of working with this outfil, they averaged working 2 days per week. When I confronted the contractor/president of
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Durnal, he did not like being called a liar. I called him this due to the fact that for the 5 months into our agreement he had made little progress on our project. We paid him according to the schedule we agreed to, however things came to a head because we realized we had paid him 80% of our contract agreement of $155,000, yet he had only completed about 50% of the work. We started feeling that he was taking advantage of us due to the front loading of his payment schedule. After this our working relationship took a turn for the worse and for the last 5 months we only communicated via email. It was a one way communication as he rarely ever answered my emails or phone calls. He was all over emailing me about when he wanted more money. About this time he also abandoned the job for 2 weeks as he still wanted more money even though he hadn't done the work. We were not about to pay him more as we felt he was about to go under. We also found out he had no more workers compensation insurance. He then explained to us that he had no permanent workers on staff, thus he didn't need this insurance.
Since things appeared to not be moving in our project I began to call his subcontractors in order to have them come and complete the work that was pending. All of their names and numbers had been included in the
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
folder that
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
provides his customers. When I called them I found out that 4 of his subcontractors would no longer work for him because he had not been paying them. The first one that informed me of this was the tile
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. I contacted him first because our kitchen remodel was at a standstill due to the backsplash not being installed. I had to pay him $2000 for him to do the work even though
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Durnal had already been paid for this service. Same thing with the electrician. I had to pay him $2000 as well to complete the kitchen lighting. The plumber, same thing. The interior decorator also had severed ties with
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Durnal. Again, all because they had not been paid by
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Durnal. And again, he had already been paid by us. It is no wonder our project was not moving. In effect, I have become the quasi contractor in order to get our kitchen operational.
One thing to note is that although we contracted with
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Durnal for $155,000, he slipped in $30,000 in additional charges that he deemed change orders. I will not argue about these however one charge of $16,000 was deceitfully included. Let me explain. One thing we wanted in our remodel was to remove a wall between the kitchen and the living room. In interviewing other contractors, they all stated that the wall we wanted removed was a "load bearing" wall.
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Durnal was the only contractor that stated that it was not. He had already given us an initial bid for the job and we had decided not to contract with him as we thought it was too much. He then came back to us with a second bid which was lower at $155,000, however he then informed us that the wall was indeed a "load bearing" wall and that it required $16,000 over our contract price in order to proceed with the job. He informed us of this after the demolition of the wall and the gutting of our kitchen. He had us right where he wanted us. I will have to give him that he was really good at lying and cheating us. Oh, and another one of his sales pitches was that he was a "christian".
On Aug, 29, 2014, after 10 months of stress and paying this thief, we finally fired him. I had been doing much of the work that he refused to do. We have filed a complaint against him with the Contractor's State License Board. They state that they will investigate. They sent him a letter in which they asked him to contact us to resolve the issue. He never has.
He didn't complete our remodeling project and we will now have to hire an attorney in order to attempt to get back about $15,000 he owes us due to overpayment of work he didn't complete. If anyone needs information on our experience I would be more than happy to talk to future potential victims. My email is

came and assessed the job - as a subcontractor for my gutter supplier. He was tasked to assess the repair of the existing flashing - as Ist contractor decided he would not complete the flashing repair (even though it was in his estimate and said he could). At this point I was on my own to contact
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to get a copy of the estimate:
- Called
Brawley Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and asked for an email copy....never arrived
- Called office and asked again for a copy...never arrived
- Sent email asking if they were still in business...was as again reassured I would be sent estimate...still has not arrived
I can't comment on their work/competence - but basic business practices and communications with this customer has been substandard - and as reflected in other reviews - this seems to be a recurring problem with this company. Hope you have a better experience if you choose to go with
