As a registered expressive arts therapist and licensed marriage and family therapist, I use a holistic approach, integrating the body, mind, and spirit to uncover old patterns which no longer work. Using a co-creative process, I support my clients to move through the places where they get stuck, to own their power and step into their divinity. Depending upon the needs and interests of my clients, I may use guided imagery, sandplay, somatic approaches, and different forms of the arts, in addition to holistic psychotherapy, to help clients find a space of self-empowerment, acceptance, and ultimately, Self-love.
