is a professional who takes pride in the quality of his work and has a lot of integrity. He and his crew were great. He responded to vm right away and gave me a reasonable estimate of the work to be completed on both the exterior an interior of our home. He went above our beyond our expectations. The patches they completed on the exterior to cover up the old wall air conditioners were seamless its hard to tell they where before. He fixed and repaired old shoddy stucco patch on the back of the house the correct way including saws all down the old wood protruding thru the patch. Now it looks perfect lie to never happened. They did the same great seamless plaster repairs to all our old vents and now they are smooth as a baby's bottom. I plan to have him come back later to stucco around 2 new window we are having replaced. I would highly recommend hiring

and his supper crew on any plaster/ stucco work to be done in the future

I'm sorry to write a negative review for Bill, but I can't in good faith write a positive one. I hired
Agoura Hills Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
to patch stucco and paint it once a three-season porch was removed. Bill gave me an estimate ranging from $900 - $1300 depending on how much of the wall would need patching once the porch was gone. He sent a guy to do the patch and he ended up patching 1/4 of the area. The bottom of the wall was very uneven so Bill sent some other folks to correct it. He then billed me $1300. I asked for an explanation for the highest price since only a fourth of the wall was patched. He then asked me what I thought it should cost, which I found odd since I'm not in his trade, but I stated that I expected to pay towards the low end of the estimate because I thought the range was based on how much of the wall would be patched. I also explained that I didn't think I should cover the cost of sending men out twice since the first patch was done unevenly. Bill then invoiced me $900, which I paid immediately. I waited a week and then asked when the painting would be done; he had left me a voicemail two weeks before saying he would wait a week for the stucco to cure. He emailed to say he was too busy to do the painting.
I want to be clear that Bill seems to be a nice guy and he addressed the uneven patch quickly. Still, because of the uneven patching, charging the highest price without explanation, and backing out of completing the job means I cannot recommend him. He also didn't apply the Angie's List discount, but with all the other issues I didn't bother bringing that up.

This provider was very professional and certainly cared about the quality of his work. He communicated well and explained the process of the repair. The next day I had a different construction job done by someone who also does stucco repair. When he noticed the stucco repair, his comment was that Carver Plastering did a very good job and repeated that comment several times. In my opinion, this company certainly deserves the Angie's List Super Service Award.

We have an 82 year old stucco house that had never been painted and we agonized over the decision about whether to paint it or not. Over the years, owners had done a poor job of caulking and repairing cracks, and the recent earthquake produced some new cracks that needed attention. Finding a craftsman who is accustomed to dealing with old original stucco was tough but we were very pleased with the advice and the service from

. The power washing job on our house was outstanding, and while the process of finding and testing color samples of elastomeric paint took a long time, we got exactly what we wanted- old the old caulk was removed and replaced in the ancient cracks, the new ones were filled, and we matched the original color of our house so that it just looks refreshed and refined. As we were beginning the painting process, we also learned that the old mortar between the bricks that frame our windows was degrading, and leaks that we had attributed to the roof were actually the result of damaged mortar. Before they painted,

's crew drilled out and replaced the mortar in all our window sills, and the leaks are completely gone. It's been several months since the job was done, and we are completely pleased with the job and the value we received for the cost.

They did a great job. The garage repair was perfect, and the chimney holes (which were very difficult to get to) were also nicely done. All work was done in an afternoon.

Shai came out to the house in April to review the job and make suggestions as to color of the stucco and how the repairs would be completed. This included a list of the repairs that would be completed. He also included a refund since the amount of work was less than the angies's list price. He gave us a color sample so that we could think about which color we would like. He contacted us later in the later part of spring to give us an approximate date on which he would start. He also updated us as the weather delayed some of the earlier jobs, pushing our job to a later date. The work was started in late

, first the repairs, which needed a week to cure, then the final stucco work. Shai came out the day after the work was completed to check on the color since it had rained in the area that night. He also showed me how to hose down the stucco to cure the color and help the stucco set. I am very pleased with the work, the crew was polite and hard working. They cleaned up after and left the area spotless. I love the color and the texture. I would hire

is a true craftsman. He knows his stuff. We have an old "real" stucco home and took out a door and had 2 windows installed. He cut back to stucco around the windows, flashed and applied new stucco around them. The door was taken out and installed plywood over the old opening.
