I have grown up in the construction trades and have nearly 20yrs experience. I DON'T JUMP FROM JOB TO JOB. THIS MEANS ONCE I START YOUR PROJECT, I WON'T LEAVE IT UNFINISHED WHILE I GO TO START ANOTHER PROJECT FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!! During my military service I held a Top Secret Clearance, this should tell you that I'm trustworthy. I reside here in Tucson, I have been running my business for almost two years. Rates: I charge by the job. This is good for both of us. You as a customer don't have to worry about keeping track of hours, or some joker showing up and spending 5hrs on a 2hr job. For me because then it is up to me to determine my hourly wage. I do charge $20.00 for fuel if your project is 15 miles or more from Twin Peaks and I-10. Thank you for your consideration,
