Dolan & Sons custom homes understands the importance of selecting the right builder for your new home - a homebuilder who listens and shares your vision; a homebuilder who is totally committed to quality and craftsmanship. Dolan & Sons Custom Homes pride ourselves on having built a solid reputation in Arizona, and relationships with the best subcontractors Tucson has to offer. Our homes are made possible in large part to our great working relationships with excellent subcontractors. Building a custom home should be an enjoyable and creative process. We approach building our custom homes as a labor of love. That approach sets us aside from other custom home builders in Tucson. Dolan & Sons is onsite daily to assist our homeowners through every step of the custom home building process. We are a hands on builder. Each and every project is given an attention to detail and quality that is unsurpassed in the industry. Our daily site supervision allows us to tackle issues as they arise and streamline the building process. We often find that we are able to complete projects much quicker and more efficiently than other builders. Dolan & Sons Custom Homes, takes time to painstakingly analyze the resources of each and every home site to take full advantage of the beauty of the lot. We frame each home to maximize your views, even deferring from the written plans if it means we can take better advantage of the spectacular views. We work to minimize our impact on existing vegetation, and use the topography of the home site to our advantage. Dolan & Sons is known for our specialty ceilings, gates and walls. We create handmade saguaro rib sunburst gates, saguaro rib ceilings in dozens of different applications; skip peeled latillas worked into walls, and saguaro rib vents. Accolades Builder Architect Magazine honored Dolan & Sons with a four-page spread in their magazine. The magazine praised Dolan & Sons quality and work ethic, "With God continually supplying Dolan & Sons Inc with gorgeous sites, talented staff, and inspiration on their manmade creations, there is only room for one word when you mention Dolan & Sons Inc and their residential custom home building in Arizona, and that word is SUCCESS."
