"Have been going to this dr for over 10 years. Recently went in for lower back pain again and soar throat hes ok if you want to get out of office fast Not very" good if you are dealing with a pain issue Had a mri done in 2012 and was told nothing found and do physical theropy. After seeing 2 other doctors and a spine specialist. I was told had
disc disease and 2 herniated discs and one was protruding into nerve. He doesnt prescribe anything for pain and after dealing with back pain so long and finding out the issue. I wont be returning. If you get common colds and infections i guess hes ok. Also doesnt think you need time off work to heal. If you take more than one day the rest don't get approved which is a problem for most emploryers Disapointed

"We found Dr.
when we moved to Long Beach with our 6 month old son. We had a meeting with her prior to our first appointment and my husband" and I both really liked her. She is super
and easy to talk to. The medical office is nothing fancy but is average and appears clean. Dr.
has her own nurses, who are always really sweet. The front desk staff vary, but for the most part they are friendly too. The only obnoxious part is that you have to make your future appointments in the back office, which is not a huge deal if you know that ahead of time. After our first appointment, I tried to make our future appointment at the front desk and was told it was not possible and that I would have to call in to make an appointment later. Overall good experience with Dr.

This practice is terrible. Nothing but guaranteed frustration and aggravation. I first set up an account at
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
in May of 2012 because I left my previous physician. At this time, I only set up an account, I did this over the phone and hadn’t physically set foot in their office. I also had my medical records moved to them in May 2012. Here is my experience with
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
:
1. In
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
, 2012, before I even visited their office for anything, I started getting bills for another patient of theirs that had the same name as me and who lived in another town. I understand problems happen, I called them and they said they would correct the issue.
2. In November, 2012 I actually went to their office for the first time ( and last time) for a physical. I am not a fan of their 2 part physical. You first go there for the actual physical where they draw blood etc and then you have to go back and sit with the doctor and go over the results ? who has time for this ? Also, when I went back to go over the results with the doctor and he gave me a list of foods to lower cholesterol ( which I could have printed this off Google) they charged my insurance for a regular office visit. Apparently, the physical your insurance covers at 100% is only part one of your two visits there. Beware ! With my current doctor..I go in for a basic physical…it takes 25 minutes and two days later he emails the results to my secure mailbox on their website…it's one easy trip and it's done.
3. After the physical, the billing nightmare started and this dragged out until June of 2013. To make a long story short, it was back and forth over $118. They sent me a bill and I questioned it. When I called to question it, they said to disregard it. This happened a few times. On April 7th 2013 I got the bill in the mail again and I called them the next the morning ( April 8th) to question it, the person I spoke with told me to disregard it. That very same day, I get home from work and in my mail is a letter from their business office demanding payment and threatening to send me to collections ! I called them the next day April 9th and they told me to disregard the letter and the bill.
4. On June 6, 2013…two months later..after they again told me to disregard the bill…I get the same bill again …and this time they added a late fee ! This was the last straw, I was fed up and tired of dealing of these people so I wrote a check for $130 and sent the bill back telling them to cash the check, send me a statement I owed nothing and to leave me alone. I wanted them out of my life ! After that I found a new practice that is light years better than
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
.
5. Fast forward to March 15th 2015, nearly 3 years after all this nonsense. I get a letter from
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
saying “Our records indicate you had your last physical on January 14th, 2014 !!!!” ( I hadn’t set foot in their office since Nov 2012 !)
Unbelievable, we are back to the original issue from
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
2012 where they are still mixing me up with another patient with the same name and this is after they told me 3 years ago they corrected the problem. This is a medical practice and they are apparently incapable of keeping basic records accurate and correct, talk about scary.
This was all over a basic routine physical, I can’t even begin to imagine the hassle you would encounter if you had a really serious illness. Do yourself a favor and avoid
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
and save yourself a lot of needless aggravation.

Took four phone tags to make an appointment (that should have been my warning). The day of the appointment, the office called over and over again to make sure we were going to arrive (??) My husband went in and came home with a bunch of confusing tests and paperwork. We spent a Saturday morning reading through all the papers. We couldn't figure out what we were supposed to do. I asked him why he didn't clarify at the doctors office; he said he tried and gave up. I called the doctors office (took several times to get a real person - their email doesn't reply to you and the voice mail is usually full) and finally spoke to the "nurse" who is the doctor's husband I guess. I suppose he runs the office. He could barely figure it out. Told me to call the diagnostic centers, which I did. The person with whom I spoke with Quest sighed when I told her I was working with Dr.
Show Low Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
- she said she used to go to her but left because of the confusion and lack of care and availability. Long story short, we did the blood tests about 2 months ago and have not heard a word back from anyone - ANYONE! Not the diagnostic centers, not the doctor, no one. I called their office yesterday and guess what, got Voicemail which was FULL. I don't know why they don't just stop accepting new patients. they are obviously over their heads - poorly run. I can't tell you if the doctor is a good doctor; if my husband hadn't confirmed that he ACTUALLY saw her, in person, I wouldn't believe she existed. I would think it's just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Save your time!

There was failure to treat a chronic condition and a misdiagnosis of another issue, which resulted in not treating the chronic condition. There were also really long wait times. I had to wait up to 2 hours one time. He will only tackle one issue at a time.

She is really good for women. Her practice is all women, I have three daughters. It’s easy to get in. Her practice changed lately, it became focused on different treatment. As far as regular stuff, she is good. I think a lot of doctors are like that, they are trying to use cosmetic aspect of medicine. The change is kind of annoying. ...More />
She is a very good doctor.

I have been seeing the doctor for about 15 years. He takes great care of me and my family. He is very punctual and is happy to take all the time you need with him to make sure you understand everything. All of the doctors here are very good. The office staff have been very nice to work with and scheduling is easy.
