the owner. He was nice and helpful. He sent
to our house to finalized the details.
was fabulous for his part and the best experience of this deal. I chose them because they were highly rated on Angies List, price was good and they promised everything I wanted. Then this is what actually happened.
1. The installer was scheduled to come and take measurements in a 1-3 pm window. He got at my house at 5:00pm.
2. They called me and set my install time at 8-9am. On the day of installation, at 9:30am they had not arrived. I called and asked if something was wrong and they told me that the install was scheduled for 1-3pm. The pulled the file and realized their mistake and got the installer at 10:36 AM.
3. After install, I paid them and they left. I looked at the sinks and 2 of the 3 sinks were not staight. I called the office and they sent the installers back to fix them.
4.I ordered a 1/8 inch overlay of the granite over the sink holes and it is written on the work order. It turned out to be 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Not what I ordered or wanted and I emphasized this several times.
even wrote it in big letters on the work order and they did not do it.
5. I have 7 drawers that pull out under the sinks. The granite comes so far down in the master I cannot even open one drawer and 2 others rub the granite when I open them. I will have to hire someone to lower my drawers to fit. They should have put some filler or something so the drawers would work properly.
I liked
, but the end result was not what I was promised and install process was stressful. They are over rated on Angies List and would not recommend to anyone. With all the installers in the
area I would use someone else and not take a
with Stonhenge. This could happen to you.

This review has been deliberately put on hold in order to gain perspective. We found this company at the Home and Garden Show, very much liked them and their pricing, and were highly recommended on Angie's LIst. However, we were a small project by their standards, and as such, were processed as a "filler" between larger projects -- or so it seemed. We were given the daily schedule, and the project was scheduled for 2 1/2 weeks. But it took an additional 2 weeks to complete!

NO supervisor was assigned, so our saleswoman
was our contact. People came and left as they did their work. That was OK the first week, though one worker did come in and ask US what he was supposed to do! However, after demolition was completed and the bathroom was unavailable for use, they called and said the shower tiles were on backorder!! They never checked this before the start of the project! The tiles did come in late the next day, but rather than continue the preparations so they'd be ready for the tile installation, they just stopped ALL activity. The result was the tiling was delayed another few days.

At one point we had to stop all work, because we were concerned how something was being done, and literally had to call the office and demand "someone" come take a look. To their credit, they responded quickly --
, an owner came out -- assured us things were OK, and we moved on. With stuff so backlogged, he agreed to have two workers work on Saturday, and asked the two people in our presence if they'd be willing to do that. They said yes, and we planned to be home all Sat.

On that day ONE worker showed up an hour or so later than expected, and after working a HALF HOUR was called to another job. He left saying he'd be back in a couple hours, and never returned; never called to say he wasn't coming back, and we heard NOTHING from the company. This was because another worksite was deemed more important than ours, and this type of thing happened on more than one occasion over the time period. They issued a new work schedule and failed to meet that one as well.

What finally apparently got their attention is when the quartz countertop was installed the men who cut the fixture holes did such a poor job -- off center, unmeasured distances -- that the fixtures wouldn't fit, and the countertop was on the verge of needing to be replaced. Fortunately after several days of back and forth with their subcontractor, someone came in and was able to save the countertop. After that, the project was 1 1/2 weeks over the projected date, it was
the Christmas holidays, and they had an interest in finishing it. Suddenly people, including
, were in doing work to complete the job, and even then, the mirror was delayed in its arrival. But finally it was done -- two weeks overdue. Had the rest of the project received the attention it did the last week, we would have been thrilled. Remodel is never easy, but considering the scope of this project, it was unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

This was a small project -- they, and their workers stated this on several occasions. As such, it should have been done quickly, but it was not. Workers were repeatedly pulled off our project for someone else's. Workers told us how busy everyone was -- perhaps they took on too many projects or didn't have the people? I think they would have been better just saying our project was too small for them.

In the end we were very pleased with the results, and were pleased that the company worked to get things right. Would we use them again? My options above are yes or no; the real answer is maybe, and only if we liked the answers to how the process would work and got it in writing -- and we're far more aware now!

Beautiful! The granite looks fantastic and the value can't be beat. The installers did a good job with the joints and matching up the pattern. Even my very picky Dad remarked on the good the workmanship. Unfortunately follow up service was lacking: it was pulling teeth to get them to fix an odd corner. Admittedly, the corner finish is subjective, but I want MY subjective:) With some convincing, we finally got the job done and they looked after us very well in the end. This seems to echo many of the other reviews. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the job, my kitchen looks gorgeous and it cost far less than Home Depot and a private granite guy who quoted. I guess Superior can offer such low prices because the granite pieces are pre-finished - and so you only get the one choice of bullnose

. That works for me, so I'm delighted. The installers didn't clean up perfectly, but they worked from 8am-8pm virtually non-stop, and it was dark when they left, so I'm not upset that I found the driveway was dusted with granite dust. The plumber/electrical/demolishers that they recommended as subcontractors worked out very well. When it comes time to install granite in my bathrooms, I'd use Superior in a heartbeat. I just know that I have to be firm with some of the details.

We thank Mirage and Angie's for the excellent work and direction. Bujor
Scottsdale Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team were very professional in all respects.
I first contacted Bujor in May and he scheduled an estimate visit immediately. Over the past two years, I had four other estimates and the Mirage estimate was within my budget and lower than some of the others. Bujor recommended 3CM material where all the others gave me estimates for 2CM with no further discussion.
After the estimate visit, Bujor contacted us by email with a written estimate and continued to check-in periodically which we deeply appreciated. He also recommended a variety of granite suppliers and a list of a dozen prior clients for us to call, After checking with two, we needed to call no others!
When we had selected the granite & sinks and were ready to proceed, Bujor remeasured, made templates and scheduled the tear-out and installation. Everything was completed on schedule as promised.
We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and courtesy of

& Granite and will recommend them to others. Additionally, we continue to be Angie's subscribers for the valuable service they provide.
Finally, congratulations to Mirage for being a 2013 Angie's List Best Company.

work together as a great team. Each has their strengths and they communicate among each other very well, so things move smoothly. The quality of the work was high-end and beautiful.

They stayed on budget and were very transparent in the breakdown of costs.

Outside of a few minor scheduling glitches with some of the sub-contractors, everything was what we had hoped for.

Above all, my family and I trust the

.Team arrived promptly. Wood floors and baseboards were adequately protected before work started. All contracted work was done in a professional manner and areas of concern (i.e. existing scratches in travertine that could not be repaired) were pointed out. I was thoroughly pleased with the work performed.

We got 4 bids for this job and AZ Quality Granite was one of the lowest.
Scottsdale Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came by our home, on time and very friendly. He answered our questions and gave us a quote right then. We decided to go with them due to a good price, family owned and we just got a good vibe from him. We went to their shop to see if they had any remnant pieces that could work for our job, but unfortunately their pieces in our granite were not long enough. They sent us just down the street to a large remnant yard where we searched through many pieces and found some that would work. The price was excellent for these and AZ Quality lowered their original quote because we didn't use the pieces they had. The job was fabricated and installed in the time quoted. Their installers were family members and very polite, clean and fast. Our job was not large and we needed several small pieces cut, so we appreciated their professionalism and concern that we were happy with the outcome. They were very generous with their advice and we are extremely happy with the results of the job. We would recommend them to anyone!

The only word that comes to mind in describing
Scottsdale Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
is exceptional!!! The owner Mansoor Rowhani, is a true professional and through the course of our remodel was not only our consultant and contractor, but became someone we now call friend.
After many years of doing home remodel projects ourselves, we decided that the scope of this project was to big for us to tackle. We envisioned an open concept layout, a custom kitchen, and a bathroom and guest bath remodel. Our vision involved knocking down walls, replacing over 1200 sq ft of flooring, adding additional storage and custom cabinetry. We contacted several contractors to provide an estimate. Each came and preformed a cursory assessment and took measurements, . But upon meeting with Mansoor, and explaining our vision, he not only understood our concept, but made some recommendations that enhanced our vision. We felt very comfortable with him and felt an instant trust. Prior to giving us a final estimate, Mansoor brought his sub-contractors in to accurately access the scope of work. In fact the final estimate rendered was detailed and inclusive. What he stated was what he delivered. The cost and timeline was spot on. He said project would take 6-8 weeks and we completed final inspection on day 4 of the 7th week. Throughout the entire process, he absolutely kept us informed about who was going to be in our home, when they would be here and what they would be doing. The final product is what we had envisioned due to his attention to detail. Overall this was a pleasurable experience. Everything from the custom cherry cabinets, granite countertops, wood flooring, bathroom tile, closet installation and contruction of a pocket door exceeded our epectations. We highly recommend

They were punctual and very detail oriented. Work was done in a timely manner and I am totally happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them or call them again. They explained everything they did and even did a demo when I got my estimate. Great job!
