Business Description: MY DR NOW Family Practice, Pediatric and Urgent Care clinic offers patients a new and innovative Medical Home concept. When you or a loved one is sick you don’t want to go shopping for doctors; you want to go home, where you know the doctors and they know you. We provide patients a single source for integration of care, one where the doctor knows your complete health history and ensures that medicine or treatment prescribed won’t interfere with the treatment plan for a coexisting condition. As your Medical Home, we offer immunizations and physical exams to keep you well and give appropriate treatments when you’re sick. We treat injuries in an expedient and efficient manner and help smooth the treatment road for chronic conditions. We keep track of your health history through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) so your medical home doctor can provide important details about your needs; to other health care Providers on your treatment team. MY DR NOW provides a comprehensive approach to your health care, ensuring continuity of care while keeping health care costs low. In addition to offering Family Practice, Pediatric and Urgent Care services; MY DR NOW has a full service laboratory where patients can have their blood drawn and tested, an on-site pharmacy which can dispense most general antibiotics and medications, X-ray capabilities, immunizations, sports physicals, well child checks, workman’s comp visits, physicals and well women exams. Patients can choose to schedule their Family Practice or Pediatric appointments in advance or walk-in for health care when issues arise. The extensive list of services provided by MY DR NOW allows patients a one stop shop to take care of routine medical care, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, along with coordination of all other care as that is not offered onsite. MY DR NOW is available when you need us, offering extended hours and services 365 days a year, when other medical facilities are closed. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays from 8am-4pm. The clinic is located at 287 E Hunt Hwy, Suite 105 directly behind McDonald’s in Johnson Ranch. The MY DR NOW family welcomes you to our home and will provide every effort to ensure that it is a comfortable place for you and your family to stay!
