I called on a Sunday evening because of a burning smell near the breaker
box.

arrived within an hour and diagnosed the problem (a faulty
breaker) and repaired the breaker. Considering this was an emergency
call, I believe the price was very fair.

Hired for the $99.00 Big Deal that included assembling and installing a new fan. However, the outlet did not have power and rewiring needed to be done. He was able to do the job and locate the appropriate outlet. Very pleased with the work. I would hire again for a future job.

Great -
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
explained everything, did the work, and it was fantastic service. I feel confident in their service. Our house is old, built in 1917 and thus there are always 'surprises' when working on an older home.
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
is great for this.

San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
was great. Fast responding by email or text, showed up exactly when he said, gave a solid estimate and worked to it. He told us that the first time round there was a

the inspector would require additional work -
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
was trying to save us that money - the additional work was required and
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
performed it at exactly the price he had estimated. Other contractors have come in since

's visit, for example the A/C guys, and they were impressed with the quality of his work. I was personally happy with his personality and felt very comfortable with him. I recommend him strongly for anyone else in the area who needs an electrician.

We have called on
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
on numerous occasions, a few times at our old house, also in our new home. we've always been pleased with their work and prices, which is why we continue to call them whenever the need arises. We have not needed any electrical services since August 2012, but we have their name to call in case we need an electrician. I would recommend them to whoever needs an electrician.

I called in to schedule an appointment. Person handling scheduling was friendly and courteous. Scheduling process was easy. she said the electrician would most likely call me when they were on the way. They did. Its a little tricky getting to me with navigation so i'm glad they called so I could walk them through directions. When the gentlemen entered he was prepared with his tools and ladder and put booties on as to not scuff the floor. He advised there would be a charge if he goes over a certain time limit. It was reasonable. I would definitely use them again. fyi....The fan looks amazing. :-)

The was one of the worst contractor experiences we've had. We called them to get an estimate, and a gentleman named
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
came (on time) to take a look at the house and give us an estimate. We are in the middle of rehabbing an old house, and our floors upstairs are uncovered, so it should have provided easy access to the ceilings in our finished downstairs for
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
to run electric and drill holes for the cans. When we showed
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
how he could access the ceilings below, he assured us this would be much easier for them and they could definitely do the job. The next day we received an estimate for the work. We asked for photos of the lights, which they provided and then we contracted with them to do the work.
They arrived on time on the day the work was scheduled, and began working. They did cover the furniture to protect them from drywall dust, as well as some of the floor. The began putting the can lights in, and even though they had access to the ceilings from the floor above, they poked holes in the ceiling from below to try and locate studs (not sure why a stud finder would have worked better). They also started cutting out several holes only to find out there were studs nearby, which caused them to cut a larger hole then would have been necessary had they found the studs sooner.
At the end of the day, the house was covered in drywall dust. And while they put in 14 cans, there were 6 extra holes in our ceiling, and 3 of the light covers do not fully cover the holes they drilled in the ceiling. All of which we now have to hire a drywall contractor to come and repair, and a painter to paint over (more mess). Additionally, our ceilings around the can lights were all marked with fingerprints, which even though they tried to clean up, they couldn't clean them all up, so we'll need to paint for that as well. They also left a huge hole around one of the switches. When they left at the end of the first day, the house was a disaster and they still were not able to finish because they didn't have the parts they needed. We worked cleaning the house 5 hours that night and one of us had to take the day off work the next day to clean up the rest of mess they left. They had to come back another day to finish. When they showed up to finish the work, the still didn't have the right parts, so they had to leave and come back a third time.
We have included photos of the poor quality of work that was done.
During the first day of work, we asked the workers who was was going to repair the additional holes and the holes that were cut too big as well as clean up the fingerprints on the ceiling and wall. I was then shown a copy of the agreement where we had to initial that "they are not responsible for damage to drywall." While we did initial that statement, we had no idea to the extent they would be damaging our drywall and paint. I assumed that they they meant "unintended damage." We did not think we were giving them authorization to tear up our walls and ceilings without being accountable in any way. It appears to us that statement meant they can do whatever they want as they install the electric/lights and if they tear up walls and ceilings to do it, that's the problem of the homeowner.
We were also told when we asked one of the workers who was going to clean up all the handprints on the ceiling, that "since we had an old house, we've got to expect a lot of dirt." (
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
did tell us later that the statement was not correct and that we should expect to have those fingerprints cleaned up.) We also called back to the office and
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
, the owner of
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
, and asked about the damage to the walls and ceilings and he also told us to refer to the statement on our work order saying they are not responsible.
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
treated our home like it was new construction site, not a home where people lived. They acted as if it were obvious that by contracting with them to put these canned lights in, we'd also have to contract with a drywall and an painting crew to complete the job. But that was never discussed with us. We were only told this should be an easy install since they would have access to the ceilings from the floor above.
We would never recommend
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
to anyone or ever use them again.

First, punctuality, after missing the first appointment we made a second one in which he was 15 minutes late. He spent the better part of the first hour talking about how he couldn't repair a 3 foot section of wire because it wasn't "code". Yet he was comfortable splicing an extension cord (which I had to run to Home Depot to buy, while he charged me to sit in my driveway for another 20 min) and plug that into an outside outlet and drape it across the ground. Somehow he felt he was not liable for any potential injury that could be caused from that, but he would be liable to repair the existing wire.
I purchased a "deal" for one hour of man labor at $69 (the standard rate my other electrician charges me and he is WAY better, had I remembered him before this I would not have hired
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
).
Second, if you are going to bill me for sitting around with your hands in your pockets while I get you supplies you should already have on hand. You certainly should not answer your phone while charging me by the hour (which he did 3 times while onsite and talked for no less than 15 min over those 3 calls).
After "solving" the problem with a spliced extension cord that is now draped across my sidewalk, he spent an additional 30 minutes trying to find the GFCI connection for the first outside outlet he attempted to connect. He did tell me it should be in a bathroom but he checked the bathroom it turned out to be in and didn't reset it. I found it 2 hours later and did it myself.
Not a fan of this company and recommend working with more organized and less scammy
San Tan Valley Electricians Provider Name Locked
. rates should be no more than $80 per hour for a good electrician.
