was extremely professional and showed up at the agreed upon time for both the estimate and the subsequent work. His two-man crew did an extremely thorough job. My house is on a large lot (hence the price), and they spent about 8 hours here. The yards were left spotless. Will definitely use them again.

I bought 700 sqft of Sod from these guys last weekend. I called them on a Thursday and they delivered fresh-cut Sod on Saturday morning. The sod was delivered in the early morning (before I woke up) so it was ready for me to install at 7am. I was really impressed that they delivered such a small quantity of Sod for FREE. And I was also impressed with the gentlemen who took my order over the phone. Most of the time when you deal with these landscape companies they are somewhat lacking in the area of customer service. I was really impressed with the way I was treated. I give them an A+ for customer service. An A for quality of the Sod. And an A+ for free delivery on such a small order. I highly recommend these guys.

It did not go well. The first day the crew scalped the existing grass and started bringing in additional dirt. The sod was delivered that night, was not covered or watered. The second day the crew finished scalping and adding dirt, started hand leveling the dirt and laying sod which was now yellowing and dry. The third morning they finished laying the sod and left. They replaced all the sprinkler heads although we asked them not to. The quote included purchsing 30 tons of dirt which we provided at no cost. The end result is the yard is much more uneven than before and the grass looks much worse. The owner was on site very briefly during the project. We are very unhappy and do not feel we got even close to what we asked for. We wish we had just been told that this project was outside of their area of expertise. We don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Started great, came in slightly higher than one of the other bidders. Chose them for the work because they were courteous and professional, at that time, and a one stop shop for a yard and splash pad. I even paid a $1,000 deposit within the first week to get started and parts ordered. It was when scheduling came for picking the plants at the nursery when it went downhill. After weeks went by with no scheduled day and time, I called and was told they were ready the following week for the nursery to pick plants. Seemed annoyed that I called them.
At the nursery we picked our plants and paid half of the complete job. We were also told again that they would order parts. If they are just now going to do that, what did my $1000 deposit do??
From that point on, promises by employees (high ranking ones) were not kept and time tables were hazy at best. What started off as a hopeful one month project lasted three + months.
After phone calls voicing my displeasure about the contradictory time frames and lack of action after my yard was dug up and left sitting for a week. I was informed I was in the wrong and the owner did not care how unhappy I was. He stated he had payng customers who had priority even though I had half the job paid for (in cash!!). Was also told that my $1000 deposit was my own choice and only placed me on the schedule. He stated there is no way he was going to order what he claims was $4000 worth of parts on a $1000 dollar deposit. I even spoke to him about firing him from the job and was informed that I had a contract and he would continue regardless.
Moving on...They created a leak in my front yard and blamed it on my builder even though my front yard landscaping had no problems for two years until his company dug it up. When I voiced more displeasure about that, I was again informed he did not care and his employees never make mistakes. It was all my builder, according to the owner. Just to play devils advocate, I checked with my builder, who is still building more houses in the area. My builder had no reason to even come to my house, let alone mess with a working front yard.
Fast forward 2 weeks...Now comes time for planting the yard and delivery of the plants and granite. The granite delivery driver blocks my driveway at 5pm in the afternoon and nobody is willing to come out and do anything abut it. The wrong tree is delivered by the nursery, even though I explicitly stated I did not want that style of tree and we left that section of the nursery and never went back. Somehow my name was placed on that tree. In a unbelievable action, they immediately order the correct tree and swap it out, no complaints. (Although I am sure it is my fault somehow)
Things go decently for the next week unit the leak in the front yard, which never stopped or was taken care of until then, was addressed to the owner by my wife. He had the nerve to yell at her and get into her face, in my backyard!!! I was alerted to the what happened and I went to him, again in my back yard and told him and his crew to get out (I was not very polite at this point because you do not yell at another mans wife in his yard!!!). The owner had the nerve to try and provoke me into a fight in my own backyard and continued provoking me until the police were called and he was trespassed.
From that point on, the work was supervised by his son and was completed promptly,
Unfortunately, now here we are in mid September and I now have 3 dead plants in my yard (2 in front and one in back), a sprinkler system that does not function well and floods part of my backyard. My curbing is faded and already has been repaired in multiple spots. Yet when I complain about that, the excuse I get is he is an outside contractor the company hires for that. After multiple contacts with the son, my plants are still dead, my timer functions very oddly and my curbing still looks like crap.
My builder was nice enough to send his landscaper over to help out, even though he has had nothing to do with any of this fiasco.
Can we say riculous. The only reason I paid is because of a signed contract. It seems the Owner, who is

, son is Nick

, only cares about getting a contract so he can get his money. States he has never had a complaint in 33 years (waving the BS flag here) and I am the only one who has ever had a problem. The quality was very sub par and disappointing and if thats what he has put out for 33 years, I am amazed he is still in business.
Currently seeking retribution through the ROC (painful process in and of itself).

On time, reasonable price. Yard looks good after first visit.

Waiting on a response about whether sprinkler heads should be replaced. Seems to me that they do but the workers needed approval. Perhaps that is part of the next scheduled visit on April 6. I'm happy with the work so far.

Their follow up is wonderful. Days after the job, the salesperson came to assure satisfaction. The crew was nice and worked wonderfully. I found about the company as they left a flyer on my door. On one occasion, I flooded my backyard with the sprinkler system. They came and fixed it at a minimal cost. I would highly recommend them to others. I have used their services on a few occasions.

The product they installed was absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't recommend them for service though. They rescheduled on me on 3 times, but once they finally got there it was great. The quality of the grass is perfect, but still the price was too high.

Overall the experience was good. They arrived on time and finished on schedule. I had one big problem with the sod they laid, they did not level the ground before putting in the new sod. I talked to

, and he agreed it was unsatisfactory, they came out the next week and pulled up all the sod and redid it.

Job was completed on time and crew was very professional. They really took their time and were willing to make changes as the job progressed.
