"
was wonderful. He was able to install a loft railing that other contractors had either passed on or priced out of the ballpark. The railing" was built by an artist and needed extra special care with the installation process.
was the right person for the job. He was courteous and professional and his workmanship was excellent. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs custom work done.

"They showed up one time for an estimate to seal the garage and seal a piece of rotten wood by the garage area as well. They never contacted me back after the estimate" to let me know when they could do the work. I never ended up having the deal honored. The technician seemed trustworthy while he was out. It did take a while to get in touch with them initially and scheduled out. They were pretty booked up. I am not sure I just was forgotten about and would like to know what happened.

Putting the finishing touches on a remodeled room can be a challenge, but with a bit of practice and patience, your crown molding will look like a master carpenter put it up.

There are lots of occurrences that result in dry rot, though most have to do with proper water management in the home, says Lindus. (Photo courtesy of Angie's List member Donna B. of Portland, Oregon)

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

Contact a Licenesed PROFFESSIONAL at once !

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

They have a very highly developed process in terms of design, scheduling, etc. They stick to their timeline and have a great design team. They make several site visits and meet with the client several times before they start. They're very punctual, considerate, and communicative. They do wonderful, creative work!

Very pleased with work and workman ship. The two man crew was professional, on time, and neat. I thought they explained what the were doing and I was satisfied at the end of the job.

The job was completed in about 7 days. We had some rain and few other weather issues so we were delayed, which was beyond anyone's control.

and his crew did a great job and we are very happy with the work. The materials were great and so far we are pleased with the results almost 6 months later. We plan to paint everything this spring to match the color scheme of the original deck. Our needs were fairly

Integrity. This is a word one rarely uses when talking about the construction business, but it is the first word that comes to mind when I think of my experience with Pat
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the owner of
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
. During my renovation project, Pat demonstrated his integrity in three key areas:

Quality - It is clear that Pat and his crew enjoy their work and take pride in a job well done. At no point did I feel they were cutting corners to save money or time. On the contrary, Pat and his crew would spend extra time to make sure the work was perfect. For example, they spent a full day straightening out the back wall of a closet because the wall (built in 1800) was so uneven and out of plumb. I know a number of contractors who would have done a "good" job and gotten the wall 80% corrected (it was, after all, the back wall of a closet), but not Pat. He put the same effort and care into my house as he would have for his own home.
Price - While the price that Pat quoted me for the job was not the lowest of the bids I received, I had the sense that it was the most realistic and fair. Most contractors insist on providing all construction items (e.g., plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs and toilets, electrical fixtures, windows, etc.) in order to get their 10% markup, but when I asked Pat if I could purchase these myself to save some money, he was fine with that. In fact, when one of the toilets I supplied turned out to have the wrong dimensions, Pat offered to buy the toilet from me - and insisted on paying me $100 more than the purchase price to compensate me for having to look for a new one.
Schedule - When Pat started the project, he knew that my wife and I needed to move in four months later. Despite the fact that the HVAC subcontractor (whom I had hired directly) didn't finish his work until three weeks after his promised completion date (thereby throwing the project schedule into chaos), Pat never forgot the move-in date or his promise to finish the job before then. I recall a conversation I had with Pat about whether or not he would be able to finish on time, and he replied "I come from the Old Country (
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
), and my grandfather and father taught me that when you promise to do something, you move heaven and earth to make sure it is done. If that means paying my crew to work longer hours or come in on weekends, I will do that to honor my promise to you." Despite a frantic final three weeks, the house was ready for us when we arrived on the move-in day.
While Pat is not a
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
(despite the impression I may have given above), he is the most honest person I have met in the construction business - and as the son of an architect I have met quite a few. I recommend Pat and his company

It was pretty fair. They were at my home for 2 days. They were looking at fascia and soffit boards. They sent 2 techs to take care of the problem. The final result turned out fine. I had them back out to paint the exterior of the house, and replace the siding on the chimney too.

He arrived on time with his partner. They explained what they were going to do. I left them alone and heard some weird noises then after several hours he told be he had finished. It looked great!

Great. I was a little skeptical at first because
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
's estimate for a job was much lower than the other 2 quotes we had received. I'm glad we took a
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
on him. He is a good
Prescott Valley General Contractors Provider Name Locked
-of-all trades and I have hired him personally for stucco, drywall and interior painting as well as door and trim installation and window framing. Since then I have recommended him to 4 other people who have used him for various services such as exterior painting, TV mounting, flat roof coating and general clean up and handyman services. He shows up when he says he will and is honest and fair.
