My boyfriend and I inherited a house with a pool that had a fiberglass finish from 10 yrs ago (never get fiberglass) and a old cracked deck from 20 yrs ago. Needless to say, it was literally painfully obvious, the pool and surrounding area needed to be refinished. We had a recommendation to
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
,
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
came out within the week to give us an estimate. He was a younger guy that you could tell knew pools in and out beyond his deceiving age. He gave us an estimate that was well below our prior estimates so we decided to make an appointment to go in the office to look at more details. Unfortunately, I work late so I wouldn't be able to meet until around 6 and their showroom hours are open to 5. This is where the superior service begins and continues even now, AFTER they finished the job. Without hesitation,
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
agreed to meet us at 6 in the show room. When we arrived we realized this exceptional young knowledgeable guy we've been dealing with was the OWNER. So it wasn't just a worker agreeing to stay way past closing for a POSSIBLE pool makeover it was the owner. So now what did they have to offer? Again we had been to other companies to get quotes and I can assure you they had at least DOUBLE the amount of specialty tiles which were included in the price of a resurfacing. They also had DOUBLE the pavers both color AND style to redo the deck then any other company we had been to. With this and with him staying so late I thought I'd be rushed or pressured to maybe come back at another time during normal hours to pick out what we wanted. NOT at all, he was so patient answering dozens of questions we had along with even telling us when something just simply wasn't worth it instead of just selling it to us for a profit. Needless to say after we left that night we were sold. From there, they were very proactive about keeping us informed of what step was next and when it would be completed. There were a total of about 4 different teams to complete all of the steps of the process, the fiberglass removal, specialty tile placement w/the coping, laying the pavers, and finally the resurfacing. ALL 4 teams were VERY proficient and thorough in what they did. Even now, after the job is finished,
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
has done everything he could in educating us about being pool owners for the first time and insists on us contacting him with any questions or concerns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for minor to major pool work.

We contacted
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
to give us a quote on repairing our spa, whose motor had died. He set an appointment quickly and told us how we could order the motor ourselves to save some money. Once it arrived he came out and installed it for us on a Saturday morning. Our spa is now working well.

The pool and Jacuzzi resurface is absolutely beautiful! The workers were extremely careful to keep the dust down to a minimum by covering the pool area with a tarp during the sanding process. The contractor also provided us with letters for our neighbors so that the neighbors were notified of the noise and possible dust. We selected a fleckstone finish over the fiberglass coating. The sales rep
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was so polite, very helpful and he was not a pressure sales kind of guy. Just the nicest man that you could meet while conducting business and getting a bid on a job. The company kept us updated on the start date and what to expect. We were provided with a letter that gave us the name of the foreman on the job. The job begins on a part time basis as the previous job is completed so an "exact" date at the time of purchase is not known but a estimated start date is provided. The crew was extremely polite as was the Foreman,
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
, assigned to our job. We never had to do any cleanup when the crew finished for the day. The crew swept and cleaned up the pool area every day and put the tools away in a storage box left in our yard. We also had new

lights installed in the pool and Jacuzzi. We intended to order the color wheel light (replacing what was in our pool) but the owner,
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
Mirvis, told us that the color would actually not be too visible because of the color of finish that we chose. What an honest assessment. That saved us a lot of money, $783. How often does a contractor help you to save money on a job? We are very happy with the look of the pool and the color that
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
helped us to select is perfect! We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to resurface their pool. We were referred to PS200 by our pool supplier. We did not know about
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
until this referral and we thank Discount Pool for telling us about this company.

Last year was my first season with a vinyl liner pool. I had the water tested no less than once a week at Pools of Fun in Fishers for the entire season and EXACTLY followed the chemical/maintenance recommendations given by the sales associates. Immediately after opening my pool last year, a neighbor told me that her daughter's bathing suit had faded after swimming in my pool. I took a sample to Pools of Fun the next day and they informed me that the suit should not have faded as the chlorine levels were similar to that at public pools (10). My daughter suffered terrible chlorine damage to her hair midway through the season and we ended up having to cut off several inches of hair. Unfortunately, I relied upon Pools of Fun last year and thought I was doing everything properly.
When opening my pool this season, the liner was completely faded. My installer told me that the liner should not have faded and asked for water testing records so that he could share them with the liner company. Unfortunately, after reviewing the records, my installer informed me that the chlorine levels were way too high for the majority of the season. He also informed me that the Pools of Fun reader would only report results up to 10 (common level for public pools) so my chlorine levels could have been significantly higher than reported the entire season. It certainly explains my completely faded liner, faded suit, and damage to my daughter's hair.
Although much further away from my home than Pools of Fun, I contacted
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
about my pool situation and went for water testing. Every single person I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Around this time, my robotic cleaner stopped working.
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was very knowledgeable about the product and warranty and helped me resolve the issue. I decided to take advantage of their weekly pool and hot tub service and was informed that they could not get me on the schedule for my first service for a few weeks. After a few weeks elapsed, they still had not arrived. I called and they realized there was a miscommunication that week. They were extremely apologetic and
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
's son was at my house within hours. He did a wonderful job and noted that my salt cell wasn't generating salt.
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
replaced the defective part and dealt with

on the warranty. One week,
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
serviced my pool. He had come very highly recommended from friends when I was thinking about a pool and it was evident why. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented.
I am completely impressed by the commitment, dedication, friendliness, and knowledge of every single employee/family member I have encountered since
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
started servicing my pool a few months ago. While I had not anticipated paying for weekly pool service when the pool was installed, it would have been significantly cheaper paying
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
to service my pool last year than the cost I will incur for the new liner. Additionally, it is such a treat to have a virtually "maintenance free" pool. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

I called
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
on the afternoon of 7/27. I explained the liner on my inground pool had slipped out of track in three places. We discussed repairing it using bead lock and possibly bead locking the entire pool. I am familiar with this repair as it has happened before in a different area. I asked what the cost would be to bead lock the entire liner.
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
stated the bead lock product alone costs around $300.00 for my size pool and then the labor to install it. I stated I had some bead lock left over from the last repair. While we were on the phone I went to the pool house to see how much was left. I has quite a bit and thought it odd that the last pool company would have left it if it was so expensive.
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
said he could come out Wed. 7/30 to take a look at the pool and discuss our options.
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
asked me to send him a text with my address, phone number and the reason for calling. He stated he would contact me with an approx. time for Wed. I did this within the hour. I went online to various pool suppliers to research the cost of bead lock. The price was around $100-$120 for the linear footage I needed. I was puzzled by the difference in price and decided I would discuss it with
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
to be sure it was a comparable product. Monday 7/28 I asked to have the day off of work for Wed 7/30 so I could be here to meet
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
. Needless to say
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
did not contact me nor show on Wed. 7/30 and to this day I have not heard from him. The following week after no response from
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
, I contacted the pool company that had previously repaired the pool to ask the cost of bead lock for the entire pool. $250.00 installed. I was told it is more the cost of the labor then the cost of the bead lock product itself. So you ask why did I call
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
in the first place. Because he seems to be a
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
of all trades and I was going to ask for an estimate for some of his other services. Too good to be true I guess.

Called them on Wednesday 8/13/14 and left a detailed message with my name and phone number. It is now Sunday 8/17/14 and I have not heard back from them. To me I find this inconsiderate. Would I use them in the future........maybe. However if they cannot return a

phone call how would they handle a difficult job of filling in a pool? I wonder. I am looking around for another company.

provided professional, accurate and also positive support over the phone when I called him at least 6 times in 3 days just so I could potentially be his customer! A real willingness to help you understand just how your pool can best survive and be maintained! Also, his shop is open for water testing and the perfect supplies. I would happily recommend these business services to anyone I meet. :)

Our relationship with Serenity started very well. The company came to our home to offer a bid for maintenance services, as well as a one-time, in-depth cleaning to remedy a build up of green algae, black algae, and poor water flow throughout our pool filtration system. They were very detailed in what needed to be accomplished, and recommended that we drain the pool, power wash the surface, and clean the DE filter. Their prices were not the cheapest, but after dealing with a less reputable, cheaper company, we were eager to pay more for better service.
The initial cleaning was performed beyond what we expected. The pool was in great shape and the flow through the filtration system was better than we had experienced in the entire time we had owned the home. We were very happy to have hired them and felt the monthly maintenance would be in good hands. We agreed that services would be rendered for a partial month on
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
25 and
Pinetop Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
31, then 5 more weekly cleanings through the month of August.
Unfortunately, the weekly maintenance was unable to meet the standard of the more expensive, one-time, thorough cleaning. The first cleaning was on schedule, the second a day late on August 1. By August 7, the date of the next scheduled cleaning, green algae had begun to form in the pool. The company did not come to service the pool. August 8th, the next day of scheduled maintenance, came and went with no service. On the 9th, we contacted the company to verify they would be servicing the pool that day. Hours later we received an email saying circumstances precluded them from servicing the pool that day, and that two days later someone would come out. Two days later on the 11th, no one came to service the pool. We contacted the company at 5pm on the 11th to confirm someone would be there in the evening as we were told to expect. Hours later we received word that they would not be able to do so. By this time, the pool was thoroughly green and some black algae had started to form on the walls of the pool.
Finally, after not hearing from the company for another two days (the 13th, 12 days since the last cleaning), we contacted the company in the afternoon, asking if someone would be servicing the pool. The company accused us of unduly pestering them for services that had already been paid for and told us they would be refunding our money. By this time, the expert and thorough service they provided in the original cleaning was nullified, as the pool deteriorated to the point of needing to be drained and power washed, the filters clogged again with algae. All because of the company's unwillingness to find a solution (we offered to see if they could refer another company for a quick fix under the circumstances) to their inability to provide services as agreed to and paid for.
We were over the moon with their first service. The company was very professional and we felt comfortable in having them in our home. We told our friends how good they were. Our family as well. These people visited regularly over the past few weeks based on these referrals and instead of seeing good work, they saw how the pool deteriorated, became an eyesore, and finally an embarrassment.
The company betrayed our trust, took our money, and was unwilling to offer a refund to cover the services they failed to provide. In the end, rather than being willing to negotiate a fair resolution, they refused to issue a full refund for unprovided services and to cover the cost of resolving the damage to our pool caused by their negligence.
We would recommend this company to people in need of one-time pool service. We would not recommend the company to people looking for consistent maintenance.
