Kdc is one of the only re-modelers in the phoenix area to have certified aging-in-place specialists (caps). The re-modelers council of the national association of home builders (nahb) in collaboration with the nahb research center, nahb seniors housing council, and the aarp created the caps program. Kirk development company is proud to have five of its employees with the caps certification.
