"I told him to come over and do the quote. He gave me a price, but said he might need to look at the site to be sure how many corner posts I needed. Turns out I only needed 3 which" saved me money. I said for him to do the survey and he mailed it to me within 5 days, surprised it was quick. It was exactly what I wanted. He explained how the survey could be used to construct the fence I wanted to build. He also asked my option of where the placement of the stakes would be since it's located on a wall that was not in the best shape. We agreed it would be located in a position before the wall. Very nice to do business with them.

"He was great. When it became difficult to find the back boundary he suggested I could save money by "estimating" the boundary and he would not have to file a new claim. " It was a much more reasonable cost for this survey then I suspected.

"It went well. They put in intermediate markers which not all companies do. I had this done officially so that I could fence my yard and be sure I was within my boundaries. They shared" information about distance within boundaries where homeowners generally place their fences.

Since you cannot find the corner markings, maybe the $300-400 range. It may be they can find them with a metal detector - usually 1/2" steel rebar with a marker wood stake next to it, with or without an identifying cap, though the stakes tend to go away. If yours cannot be found then they can hopefully find ones at your neighbor's lots and come off there, or pick up survey points in the street.

and helper were wonderful!
He came out to
Phoenix, Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
our property lines so that we could separate a driveway that we share with our neighbor. He found all of the original property markers and even drilled through the asphalt in the driveway to expose the marker/pipe that was underneath.
He was extremely thorough and his communication of the process was excellent. We are very pleased with his service and have already recommended him to a friend.

It went very well. I called on a Monday and he stated that he would mail the plat survey to us as soon as it was completed and we received the survey back from them within 5 days. They were very prompt with providing their service. The service and the price were very good. It has been a pleasure to work with this company. The work was done over the phone without having to meet face to face. He also emailed me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member that he didn't have to send to me. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough great things about
Phoenix, Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
and his crew. We found ourselves in a pinch after a neighbor decided to dispute the property line just before work was to begin on a detached garage -
Phoenix, Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
and his crew took my call, super professional, promised to come out the next day and do one property line to help settle the dispute.
They arrive exactly when they said - and it was essentially out of his schedule I might add. They set up, explained everything they were doing and how and provided not only the property line set for the area in question, but validated my building corners were properly in the setbacks. My property is 4 acres - it's wooded and tough terrain - they didn't flinch.
Excellent service, great personable and professional people - will certainly be recommending them and using them again

Phoenix, Land Surveyors Provider Name Locked
is a delight to work with and provided me with excellent service and work product. He was available within a week of my initial call. He came out exactly when he said he would. He took his time to do a careful and thorough review of my property and the surrounding area so as to come up with reliable markers and get the survey really right. I so appreciate his attentiveness and care! He staked everything clearly, including some hard to reach spots, and will send me a drawing in the mail on Monday. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!

The project went very well.
We had just subscribed to Angie's List after deciding to construct fences on two sides of our property that had not previously been enclosed.
I chose to contact a surveyor to begin the project to assure that we would be working in compliance with property boundaries. I called a number of friends looking for referrals, but no one had experience using a surveyor in recent times.
After joining Angie's List, I read reviews of land surveyors and made contact with several firms.

His report and photos of the survey are precisely what we need to proceed with the next step in fence construction.
