2013 hasn't gone as well. Understandably, some plants died as a result of the winter cold. One of those plants was recovering nicely, but for some reason, and without notification, they removed it. When I noticed that plant was missing, I called and was told someone would call me back. About a week later, I had a return call and was told that the crew had been out to my house that very morning and had removed the plant. When I insisted that the plant had actually been removed at some previous time since it was what had prompted my phone call the previous week, they admitted that their crew had mistakenly removed the plant and it would be replaced at no charge. That was mid-May 2013.
Subsquently, and after many phone calls, and many promises to return our phone calls, they let us know that they would replant during the first week of October. When we called in early October to confirm this replacement, we were told that we weren't on the schedule and the person responsible didn't know anything about it. After additional phone calls and multiple messages, we were told that the new planting date was 10/17. That didn't happen. This time the excuse was that the plant they ordered was the wrong one and would have to be reordered. The new plant was delivered and planted on October 31, 2013.

Since our confidence had been shaken at this point, we decided to get a second opinion. That opinion was that all we needed was a valve repair, which would recitify the problem at a much lower cost. Getting any response to our phone calls was like pulling teeth. The receptionist treated us as if it was an inconvenience every time we spoke wih her.
Bottom line: even though in earlier years, we would have graded them as "B", their service has deteriorated so much that, today, they deserve a solid "F".
He and his crew arrived on the appointed day and proceeded to do a great job. We are very pleased with the quality. We changed specifications on a couple of things, but he absorbed the changes without complaint and did it within the agreed upon price. They left everything in great condition."
