Home Security System Reviews in Oro Valley

We met with
and cooperatively designed a wireless alarm system meeting our special needs, including the presence of a large dog. We also got good advice about other options including surveillance cameras, and about criminal break-in patterns and the like The only cost was the monthly monitoring fee, with no separate equipment changes. We entered into the service contract, and within a few days, the system was installed. Everything has been working well since the installation, and we are quite pleased. I would recommend
and his company to any other homeowner needing a security system. You won't be sorry!

With freezing weather, a pipe broke in the fire suppression system. Called
as it was the only one listed on Angie's List. They indicated that they had too many calls they were responding to, that the earliest they could come was the next afternoon. I was informed that they would not fix, but would isolate so that water to house could be restored. On Wednesday afternoon I waited until 4:15pm, at which time I called
to get a status update. I called a half dozen times over the next half hour. No answer, and no answering machine. Not once that afternoon did I receive a call from anyone associated with
to tell me that they would not be coming and needed to reschedule. Given I had no idea if
even remembered that I existed, I called
Fire Protection. They had an answering machine and an emergency contact number. Given I had been without water and electricity for already a day and a half, I figured it was not an emergency, so just left a message.
called me first thing in the morning (7:05am) and sent a guy out immediately to fix. At around 10am, someone from
called to say they were sending someone out that afternoon. I told them not to bother, a competitor had arrived that morning and had already fixed the broken pipe.
Over the last week and a half, I have dealt with several companies associated with Furnace, water, cleanup, etc. All were very good about calling and saying that other work was taking longer, so they would be late, or would need to reschedule to the next day.
was the only one that made no effort to call and give me the news that they would not be coming as scheduled. The way I was taught, this says they think their time is more important than my time.
