"I contracted with a firm to install geothermal heat pumps in spring. They told me that it would take 30 days to install. That company hired Allied to drill the" necessary wells. Thirty days after signing the contract, drilling had not begun and with broken heat pumps it was getting hot in the house. The geothermal company said they were waiting on Allied to drill the wells. I asked what the delay was and the company told me Allied said they were waiting for permits. Two weeks later still no drilling had begun. I asked again what the hold-up was and Bill Guizzardi from Allied said the builder had not filed a plot plan for the property. This sounded strange since the builder had done several developments in
County prior to ours and knew what the county required. I called Mr. Guizzardi directly to get the story directly from him. He stuck with the story that the builder had not filed a plot plan, that the county would need to create a file, and “you know how government workers are so this could take some time”. I have had the need to work with this particular county government office before so I did know how they are – quick and efficient. After these calls I decided to go to the county health department office that deals with wells and requested the file for my property. Within five minutes the
handed me the file with the plot plan filed by the developer. I asked if anyone else had requested the file recently and they said no. The
made copies of the necessary pages and politely apologized for needing to charge me $0.40 for copying. I sent the documents to Mr. Guizzardi who, having been caught in a lie, did not know what to say. Since the drilling was over half the cost I would expect Allied to manage their employees better. Another 3 weeks passed as Allied went through the permitting process. Finally they began to drill more than 7 weeks after I signed the contract for a 30 day job.

"They did a great job and were a wonderful company to work with. They had different teams for all the different jobs required to complete the work. It took them" three days to complete everything and they worked very hard and efficiently. They were all very pleasant, thorough and clean. The quality was well worth the price and I found it to be fair compared to other estimates. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

drilling a water well

Wells and pumps

Water supplied by wells is just as safe, convenient and reliable as municipal water supplies and millions of homes around the country rely on wells. But relying on a well requires an understanding of its components, and regular maintenance and testing.

Anything that puts a strain on your well pump may cause it to fail prematurely. Here are some of the situations that can lead to a malfunctioning well pump.

Well Maintenance reviews in Nogales

Late on a Friday night my well water just completely stopped. I called in
Nogales Water Pump Services Provider Name Locked
as they had inspected my home prior to purchase in
Nogales Water Pump Services Provider Name Locked
and one of their guys came out early Saturday AM.
Of course I was afraid the pump was completely shot, but the technician spent a couple of hours to properly diagnose the problem which turned out to only be a couple of rather inexpensive parts.
Very responsive, professional service and a fair price (especially considering it was a weekend) and no run around at all. They could very easily have taken me for a ride but didn't.

had a team at my house on Saturday within about an hour of my call. They came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and were on their way. The price was reasonable and they sent me an invoice to pay a few days later.
We have extensive experience with various contractors. We have worked with good ones and bad (very bad) ones. The experience with Bell was probably one of the best experiences we have had. They answered the phone (not always a given). They gave a reasonable ETA and met it (even calling when they were on the way). The employees came in, got to the heart of the problem and fixed it. They provided the price estimate and stuck with it.
Most contractors get into this whole routine about getting the cost book out, writing up a ticket, nickel and dime you for things, maybe even try to upsell you on things along the way. Last well vendor we had charged $6 for each roll of electrical tape they used (3 rolls!). That's quite a profit on something you can get at Home Depot for 50 cents each. I get the need for contractors to protect themselves in case the customer is unhappy but sometimes if you have to work that hard to protect yourself against unhappy customers, maybe the problem isn't the customer but with the service provider.
Bell just came, figured out the problem, told me a price, did the work and left. They even billed me after the fact based on my verbal approval. It felt nice to be treated like an reasonable adult.

We set up the plans. He came out and tried to find the water well with a metal detector. He didn't have any special equiptment. He took $700 cash from me to start the job and he said that he would come back out with the right equipment. He never showed up and has kept pushing the date back. Now he won't return my calls. This is a scam.
- Gary P.

Luckily we were still under warranty and so they replaced everything for no charge and now the warranty is extended for another 7 years. The guys came out right away and were great to work with. I would recommend them and work with them again.

Showed up at scheduled time and diagnosed a failed sump pump. He explained what happened in terms and words that I could easily understand. He kept me involved me thru the whole process. Showed me all of my options and gave me enough know how that I could make an informed decision. When the work was finished, the area was cleaner than he found it. He put on shoe covers and used drop cloths. I will definitely use

for all of my future plumbing repairs.

came to the house on a Saturday, walked property and made suggestions on where to locate septic and well. He provided a written quote that was reasonable. After awarding the work, they began work on Monday and were completed by Thursday.
They were thorough and detailed in the work. And continued to follow up months after the work was completed.
