This company is excellent, period. Their owner
Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
came by to our house at 7pm and stayed late to fix a door problem. A seemingly stuck door that wouldn't budge seemed like an easy problem, but it was more complex.
Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
figured it out and made it slide for the 1st time in 10 years. We couldn't be happier. We will absolutely use him on future projects since they also do renovations, decks, pavers and siding.

A father & son team quickly and neatly removed the old doors and expertly installed the new door, they took extra care making sure all the trim was perfect and cleaned the family room and 3 season room area, when it was done you would not have known it was replaced.

Their installers (sub-contracted) showed up a little later than planned, but stayed to complete the job. They did a nice job of removal and installation according to the instructions they were given. Unfortunately, the downspout size wasn't the one we agreed to when they came out for a quote. And the installers didn't bring the correct size with them. One call to the office and they had someone out 1st thing the next morning to correct it.

Although he was on the high side, he was very honest and explained that his company is EPA certified, which is now a requirement but not always followed by most other contractors. Due to my home being built in the 1920s, lead paint is present almost everywhere and as an EPA certified contractor, they are required to follow strict standards or face possible fines that start in the tens of thousands and go up based on how many past violations occurred. He said his company has been audited by the EPA once and thankfully passed. He said that a homeowner or a handyman doesn't need to be EPA certified and can therefore do the same work without risk of being audited. Although it became apparent very soon in the visit that his estimate would exceed my budget, he was very courteous and stayed to explain all about lead paint and the necessary precautions to take, especially with children present in the home.

was very kind and professional and if my budget were higher, I would definitely have considered hiring him.

Power was professional thorough and communicative. The windows look amazing and they truly superior. They installed my entire home in one day. All people were polite friendly and trustworthy. The company backs their product with a lifetime warranty on everything and included labor plus it transfers. My home already feels warmer, thank you Power for a

Tuesday: Two men demolished the old shower, jackhammered the floor, began framing the walls.
Wednesday: One returned to mix and pour cement around the new drain location so it could set up.
Thursday: The two returned to cut and install the floor, walls, ceiling, plumbing, toilet, and a vanity and sink I'd purchased. It was then that I realized the fixtures on the toilet and in the shower were shiny chrome, while the sink fixtures were brushed nickel.
Friday: One returned to connect my replacement faucet.
The new room is beautiful. Originally, the left side of the room had nothing, and the vanity, toilet and shower all lined up evenly on the right. Proportion was all off. Now, with a 6 ft. walk in shower filling the width of the room, the space looks right.
The old shower was a 34' square set back in like a cave. The DIY tile job on the floor had slick tiles, a 6" by 6" raised frame around the floor (leaving 22 slick inches of foot space). The showerhead, soap holder and hot/cold controls ate into the shoulder area. No one used it since 2002. I'm very happy it is replaced.

Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was referred to us by one of our neighbors. We contacted three vendors and we chose Radiant as they were the most helpful in solving the challenge with one of our windows. The other two vendors were just pushing their standard windows rather than offering solutions. Everyone from Radiant were very prompt and responsive to our requests. The actual work went smoothly and they cleaned up after the installation. We will definitely refer them to our neighbors as well as using them in the future to replace our old windows.

Both men were professional in appearance, but not good listeners. We were looking for a painting and maintenance contractor, they wanted to sell a house "coating". As I tried to understand their product, they either said they should talk with my husband or I was told the family history....again. They wanted $20,000 to coat the house and doors, door frames, stucco repairs would be extra. I asked for the estimate to be emailed to me. It never came. I emailed and asked for it again. There was no response. A few weeks after they were here, one of the men called to see if we had made a decision. I explained that we never received a written bid and had selected another company. We just had our house painted by another contractor for $7,000 all inclusive.

The
Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
team showed up on time and installed all of my upstairs windows in just under 3 hours. The guys worked very efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done. They went over all the features of the new windows and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my windows!

Admittedly, this was a small job for an exterior company. But the home is too tall to access the facia without scaffolding and it needed to be repaired prior to painting. After so much difficulty getting anyone to even nibble at the job, we jumped on it when
Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
agreed to do it. Sure the price was higher than we expected for only 30 feet of facia, but at least it would get done, right?
After multiple promises of doing the work 'next week', it finally was completed nearly 3 months later. We had to postpone our painter several times and eventually just had the painter do as much as he could then come back later to touch up the repaired facia. Once the facia was finally completed, we discovered damage to several steps on the porch steps. 11 out of 15 to be exact. One was so bad that the entire front
Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
of a tread was broken off. Since the porch had recently been painted, we had to call the painter back (again) to touch it up.
When we contacted
Mayer Window Installers Provider Name Locked
to request a reduction in our billing in exchange for the damages, we were simply told 'my guy says he didn't do it' and that we had no proof otherwise and were given a paltry $25 off the contract to make us go away despite our additional costs from calling the painter back.
Based on lousy communication, poorly managed expectations for completion, horrible customer service and additional costs/damages, I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.
