Business Description: A’N’B Home Inspections is an owner operated professional home inspection service providing home buyers with a third-party, professional evaluation of the condition of the major systems and components of a home before finalizing the purchase. The inspection will include an evaluation of the following visible and accessible systems and components: Driveways, Sidewalks, Patios, Decks, Porches, Exterior walls, Retaining walls, Fences, Gates, Lot Drainage, Foundation, Roof, , Attics, Crawl Spaces, Doors, Windows, Garages/Carports, Interior walls & ceilings, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating/Cooling, Bathrooms, Kitchen. A comprehensive report with photographs and a summary will be issued via a PDF e-mail within 12 hours of the inspection and a hard copy report will be mailed the day after the inspection. Neil Brogren is the owner inspector and has completed over 5000 home inspections. Neil is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors completing over 20 hours of certified continuing education per year.
