"Have been using
for about 3 years. They've handled not only repairs, but gotten me out of ethics jams w/other shops - twice. Most of the time, I was out" of state tending to an ill senior relative and their estate. Ethics Jams: 1. They first managed and took care of a jam re my transmission, w/not just one, but two, local deceptive "transmission repair" shops. I was out of town part of that time. 2. They managed the go-between and transport 11 months later when the transmission failed 11 months into the 12 month warranty. The rebuild shop was 45 min. away. 1. The transmission had been totally dismantled (without authorization) by the 1st shop. I had it towed to shop 2, recommended by a friend, who'd used them for years. The 2nd shop put it back together, called it good, and I drove away. The shop had non-impressive work and schedule ethics. A couple of nights later (on a Sat.), the transmission started sounding as if it wouldn't make it home, 30 minutes away. I crept home; barely made it. I called
on Monday; they handled the other shop owner, who had stated, "Well, it arrived here in pieces."
owner: "Yes, but it left your shop last." Meanwhile, I had been tearing my hair out and had to leave to tend to an ill senior relative 1200 miles away. Given the previous shop's ethics, I turned down the other shop's offer to work on the transmission. I had
finish off the job, which they did for minimal cost. 2. The shop that had rebuilt the transmission (45 min. away + much traffic) ran much interference re repairing the it failing on month #11 of the 12 month warranty. It was exhibiting the same minor issue that it'd had when I first took it to shop #1 for their opinion.
dealt with them, and the transport to repair it. Even though I was back in town for a period of time, I first tore my hair out, again. Then, wised up, and blissfully continued on w/life while
took care of the mess. Epilogue: Turned out, it was my original transmission that they'd rebuit (no discount). Given the age of the car, and the minor level of the original issue, it probably could have gone w/o the "rebuild" until the engine went.

"Once the engine got back from the machine shop, it took him 3 weeks to finish installing the engine even though he knew our business was down until the truck was repaired and he promised" to get it done quickly. He would show up for a few hours and then not show up for 2 or 3 days. And he would say he was coming to install the engine but wouldn't show up or answer calls or texts and then lie about why he didn't show up). But when he did finish the job, he didn't secure the engine into the truck completely (forgot to install one of the bolts, etc) and the engine shifted, bending a water hose that exploded causing the engine to over-heat and crack the head with less than 1,000 miles on the engine- completely ruining the engine. When we asked if he had insurance to replace the blown engine, he stated that he has no insurance and didn't even offer to make it right even though the blown engine is completely his fault. He did offer to re-install the next engine we purchase at no charge, but I wouldn't trust him to do the job correctly or in a timely manner.

"Alright I will start off with the good points,
is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He seems to be very honest. However, in my case, the transmission" was overhauled. I had to take it back to him at least 3 times, two due to transmission leaks. One time my daughter drove the car and it flat out squatted. I had to have it towed. The front wheel drive axle jumped out of the transfer casing. The engine light came on after they worked on it. Took it to the dealer and during the overhaul, they flat out pulled the wires out of the O2 sensor instead of taking the time to remove it. Plus, they put a
in the hood. Stay Away!

They did a great job checking the transmission out for me. Gave me a good quote for future work this is necessary and the time frame that I have to get it done. They were friendly and quick. I like that!

did work on my Ford F150 when it would not go into reverse. Charged a fair price...and did not add additional monies at the end of the job. Work was completed one day earlier than scheduled. Would highly recommend to someone who needs transmission work in

My usual mechanic could not locate the source of the problem and was concerned about the sounds he heard from the transmissions, not his area.

was a good experience. They were polite, asked a lot of questions. No pressure, and gave me honest responses. It felt like a conversation and not a sales pitch.
They felt my manual 5 speed was fine, and $$$ replacement was not needed. They then dug deeper to look for what set off my indicators. It was noted that middle motor mount (technically its an engine mount), was bad. We talked about it and I opted to have the mount replaced.
The car has been running fine for a few weeks now.
I am very pleased at how it all turned out. I would go back.
Thank you guys.

I called the office and discussed the problem with the mechanic. He explained that replacement of the transmission fluid would be risky and may cause additional problems. Transmission fluid is a "high detergency" lubricant. New fluid would tend to dislodge dirt deposits that are not now in circulation. This would be like adding dirt to the transmission lubricant, causing failure of the mechanism. If the transmission were not so old, this would not be a concern. At this point, it is better to wait to see if a serious problem develops, at which time the transmission can be replaced or rebuilt.

They were professional. My Freelander was inoperable, and I thought it was a transmission issue. I was concerned the fix would be worth more than the car itself, but fortunately they determined it was the cable. They didn't have the part and had to wait 3 days for the OEM part to arrive, but once it did, they got it in and fixed appropriately. I was pleased with the service.

After paying for the service, we realized that the work was never completed. If my husband hadn't checked, they would have happily let us drive off of the lot without even washing the undercarriage, much less applying undercoating to it. When we complained, the service manager told us if we left the vehicle there another day, the work would be completed. When we returned, they had (sort of) completed the work. However there was over spray all over the car and some sort of goop dripping down the doors. When we complained again they refused to refund our money.
I had a trailer hitch installed somewhere else and they told me that the undercoating was, as suspected, haphazardly completed. I purchased my car at this dealership and I assure you I will NEVER have a car serviced there again and I will NEVER purchase a car there again. I reported them to Ford also, since they are a Ford service center. I have never had a problem like this with a Ford service center. In fact that is WHY I use Ford service stations - generally they cost a little more, but the work is quality.
